I stroked my fingers over my mother's pale forehead.

When she'd gotten home she truged to her bedroom and flopped onto her bed. I glanced at the cat clock I had bought her on mother's day when I was ten years old.

7:23. I sighed, one second before realizing.

Oh Shit! I forgot!

I ran to my room desperately wanting time to move slower.
I threw myself to my phone ,which lay on my sheets and comforter.

After opening the dial pad I grabbed for my radio given to me by my uncle years ago, and flipped it to station 101.5.

"Alright girls guys and in betweens its 7:30 and you know what that means!"

The radio lady chirped.

"Its contest time! Today we're giving away 5SOS tickets so get ready and dial the following number..."

She followed by slowly saying seven numbers in which I dialed with no haste.

I know I know, typical huh?
The fangirl enters a ticket contest.
But lets be honest, I'm not an airhead I'm happy, so you and your pessimistic self are looking pretty stupid if you think about it.

I ainxiously listened to the ring.

Finally, it was answered.

"Oh bad luck sista! You're caller number 6 good luck next time!"

Dammit, I thought this when a loud yelp came from the other room.

I ran slipping, yes slipping, as I did a bit on the hard flooring.

I was releived to only find Taylor with the landline dangling from her small fingers. Next to her was a radio, just like mine but smaller.

"Congrats Taylor you win two tickets to see 5SOS next weekend who do you plan to bring?"

Taylor looked dumbstruck, as did I until my brain processed and I ushered her to answer.

"W-well only the best big sister in the world! Ludus Walter!"
