Happy ever after

-ALYSSA'S POV-

I'm excited to announce soon that I'll be doing a little tour around 2 months after I give birth. Don't ask me why im doing that to myself.

Is it gonna be a little bit of an inconvenience? Sure, that's why im married.

We just announced it last week, and I've already have two interviews lined up to talk about it, and a new song releasing tomorrow.

A lot of things have stirred up in the press about me the last few months and even recently. So im happy to announce my tour and clear the air. As I have not been on an interview or podcast for years.

"Are you nervous?" Mikey asked me as he held my hand walking into Call her Daddy' studio. "I am."

I giggled and rubbed his hand, "No, im not. But it'll be fine babe."

He's not going on it with me but there's been a lot of people saying things behind backs and just issues left and right. He's more nervous that im gonna get bomb barded with direct and stressful questions.

What he doesn't realize is that im 24 and I've been doing this half my life. Nothing bothers me or gets to me.

"There's my girl!" Alex Cooper clapped and walked up to me, "Such a beautiful woman you are."

"Stop, you flatter me too much babe. So are you." I hugged her and stepped back, "This is my husband, Mikey."

"Yes, we've met before I think at a party of yours a few years back. When he was your boyfriend." Alex laughed and shook Mikey's hand.

"We're almost done setting up," she spoke quickly, "I have to run to the bathroom but make yourself comfortable."

I nodded.

"Alright babe. This is where you can sit." I pointed to a couple of couches behind the cameras.

"Good luck, my sunshine." He kissed me on the lips and skipped off.

"So, let's welcome for the first time, wait let's start this off with— is it Alyssa Cole Barone? Is that your stage or are you keeping it just Cole?" Alex asked.

"Can I just say quickly, im so happy to finally be here on your podcast. It's been so long since we've talked, and I can't believe you've never invited me here before." I laughed as did she.

"So legally, it's Alyssa Barone. No Cole anymore." I frowned but smiled quickly, "I'm keeping Alyssa Cole as my stage name but I love my husbands last name so.."

She smiled, "Was that an easy choice?"

"I think I put in a name change request before we honestly tied the knot." I said readjusting myself, "I always knew that I'd change my last name if I got married, it's just something that I' looked forward to since I was younger."

"Girl, honestly, Slay! after marrying my husband, I personally kept my name but that's just me, so props to you." She laughed.

"How are you, pregnant wise? This is baby number 3 right? And this is your second with your husband?" She asked,

"I've been so exhausted this pregnancy in the first trimester, I kid you not slept in the bathroom the first 4 weeks after finding out I was pregnant again. I'm now starting to feel better, so I'm grateful." I continued, "But yes, my third baby, and second with my husband."

"Do you know how many kids you want? Or is this it? If you don't mind me asking."

"That's hard question because right now, I cannot think about having another after this kid pops out," I laughed, "But, I love my babies, and I love my husband and if more kids is in store, I'll be blessed either way. It's in Gods hands."
