It feels weird to be leaving her again with Dolores alone. Then again I know she's safe in Dolores's hands. We need to take care of this disruption first so we know her safety is guaranteed.

I follow Tiffany and the guards out the door and notice the panic thats going on. People are huddled together and there's the Queen in the middle of everyone giving a speech, probably trying to calm everyone down.  We race down to her making our way through the crowd. One of the guards steps up to her, talks to her and brings her over to us.

"Did you find them? Is Max okay? I can only keep the community calm for so long." she says with a stern set face but her eyes are full of worry.

"No not yet but Max is safe with Dolores." Tiffany states coming up from behind me. The Queen nods her head with a little more relief. An earth guard comes up from the other side of the Queen. How'd he get from the nature territory so fast?

"My Queen" he says out of breath while bowing.

"We've pin pointed where the portal took them!" he proclaims with great success in his voice. We all give him the same look of 'Well? Where?!' and his eyes light up.

"Oh Sorry! Over by the health centre!" He's smiling as he says this but he has no idea how much bad news he just delivered. They could have took a portal anywhere and they just had to choose the spot where Max is.  Great. Everyone exchanges worried glances and the guards face goes confused. The queen shoos him away with a hand.

"I'll go with the guards to go find them. Tiffany I need you to stay here with the queen and help calm everyone down." I say. She looks offended by this statement. She's always loved being in the action.  At this point I'm pleading for her to stay here. The Queen clears her throat and death stares Tiffany. She sighs.

"Fine but be careful!" she says as she goes to stand by the queens side. I nod my head as I run off with the guards towards Max.

I slam open the door and yell out for her but I don't hear a sound. Not good. She's not where I left her. Dolores isn't either. That traitor. My eyes land on the lift and notice it's not at the bottom, they've used it. I signal for the guards to follow me as we pull the rope for the lift to come down. It drops down fast and we all get on. I pull on the rope as hard as I possibly can. The faster we are the easier it will be for us to catch them.

Soon enough we reach the top and we all pile out. There is a beautiful view of the kingdom from up here. The guards seem to know where they're going as they all file around to the other side. They all point over to another tree.

I follow their finger and notice there's another platform on a different tree. It looks hand made by Dolores. Damn it she's smart. Theres a dangling vine and over by the other platform and Max is holding onto someone for dear life.  Wait. That messy blond hair...Collin!? He's helping her up. Of course the intruder had to be him. The two figures behind them are Dolores and what looks to be the werewolf chief, Axel... damn it.

I shove my way through the guards and clime up the tree just enough to be in line with the vine. That's when Max notices us. Her eyes light up with fear and panic. Why? Is she scared of me? She doesn't even know who Collin or Axel are so if anything she should be coming over to me. I whistle for my spirit guid. Sniper. Split seconds after an eagle comes blazing through the sky.

In the background of this I can see that the rest of them have been alerted. Max starts to push Collin and the others over to the bridge. I decide I don't need him right now and nod for him to leave instead. I eye the vine  knowing what my next choice is.

"MAX! COME BACK HERE RIGHT NOW!" I yell over to her. I don't understand why she's making this more complicated than it needs to be. She turns around but doesn't do what I've asked of her. Everyone else stops abruptly behind her confused as to why she's stopped.

A gleeful grin stretches across her face. Hold on. She drank something earlier...then acted super weird when I hugged her...and now she's not listening to me. What did that drink do to her! It erased the drug we gave her completely! This is not good, Now we can't do anything I planned. It's all Dolores's fault for ruining everything!

"WHOS GOT THE POWER NOW YA JERK!" she yells over with a hint of joy. Oh she's dead. I leap for the Vine and make contact. I grip it tight  but the whole vine falls as two arrows cut through it. Damn you Axel! A scream escapes me as I fall and don't have time to release my wings. Thankfully one of the guards catches me by the hand. He flies me over to the platform with the rest of them.

I will hurt EVERYONE she loves for this. She will never disrespect me or make a fool out of me again! EVER! I watch as she's tugged along with Collin and the others running further and further away from me. She won't get far. I'll catch her and this time I won't let her slip away so easily. She will feel pain soon enough and it will make her respect me. It will be glorious.

"WELL WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! LETS GO GET THEM!" I Yell. No more wasting time. I have a new mission. Make her know my pain and feel my wrath.
