Unexpected death

It drives crazy when you are trying hard to control the situation but something wrose happens and you reach the point where you can't handle it anymore.

Olivia's POV:

We went back to my apartment. Liam is waiting for us with the data. He is looking tense.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing. We gathered the data and twenty six people died which is framed as an accident specifically drunk and drive."

"Okay" I feel like he is hiding something.

"What's wrong liam? You better speak or I will break your head."

"Yesterday night there was another accident in the same pattern after almost a year. One more death. "Soph said.

"Who died?" I tensed.

"Luca" my eyes widened.

"WHAT?"

"Luca is the guy from your school right? He bullied you" I nodded. What the hell is going on? I can't handle all this. Why did they kill luca? Who?

"Is there any specifics that they are choosing to kill?" I asked liam.

"No there is no time-line, both men and women are killed, no age limit. He is randomly killing people for fun. I think he is just a psychopath."

"No he is not randomly killing there should something. We should find out."

"We should go see Luca's dead body. I think we can find a clue." Sam suggested. Yes, at least a small clue will help us.

We agreed and went to the hospital. There are cops outside.

"How the hell are we going inside? They will not allow us." Liam looked at them.

"I can take you inside. My father is the chairman of this hospital." Soph said.

They allowed us inside but didn't allow us to see luca. We were arguing with them to see Luca but Jane saw us. Liam and I are tensed when she came to us.

"Livy and Liam, what are you doing here?" We looked at each other not knowing what to say. 

"I am asking you. Answer me."

"Luca is our friend. We heard what happened to him so we thought of seeing him one last time." I don't know if she is convinced or not.

"Are you guys hiding something?" She narrowed her eyes.

"No mom. As oli said he is our friend we want to see him once that's all."

"There are some medical tests going on. Nobody is allowed to see him. Go home." I thought for a minute. Jane told they are doing some medical tests if they prove it as a drunk and drive accident we can know who is helping that bastard but how can we find it?

"Livy, go home" she said in a serious tone.

We came back to our apartment thinking about what to do next. "I thought we could get some lead so that we could catch him" Dylan frustrated.

"If we find out the doc who is helping him then we can find him" I said.

"Actually I can do that as I told my dad is the chairman, I have a lot of connections. I will find out who took care of the medical reports." It should work, it is the only way to find out who is behind this.

It has been a week but we didn't find anything about dad's file. Slowly I started losing hope. Sam and Dylan went to find more information about Luca's accident and Emma went home. Liam and I sat on the couch thinking about what to do next. Our heads snapped when the door opened.

"You will not believe who is behind the medical reports" Soph looks shocked.

"Who?" I asked curiously.

"It's Emily's mother, Grace. She is a doctor who provided the medical reports for all twenty six people which are fake. The thing is even for Emily she is the one who took care of medical reports."

"WHAT?! Why did Grace give fake reports for Emily's death? I mean she is her daughter right?"

"I asked a few staff and they told Grace never allowed anyone while doing the test for the accident cases she handled it on her own. As per the hospital's policy they shouldn't reveal who did the report except for cops and they already have someone in cops to cover it up" I still can't digest this. Why is Emily's mother helping the killer? Did she even let him kill her own daughter?

"The other three shouldn't know about this after all she is Emma's mother" they nodded.

"But we should find your dad's file and Rebecca as soon as possible" soph and I agreed.
