Jefferson sat in the library chair once more, sighing as the eventful school day had sucked the life out of him. Burr and Madison looked on, having already filled Aaron in on the events that had taken place. Madison was slightly concerned for Thomas despite the latter having laughed about the entire situation.

Thomas opened his eyes with a flutter, his voice drawing James from the book he was reading. "I don't think that was enough" he softly said, getting a confused glance from James and an intrigued one from Burr. "What do you mean?" asked James, as Thomas slowly sat up - "I mean, I don't feel completely fulfilled yet. We got Alex angry, but we didn't ruin him" he said, his voice just above a whisper. James and Burr shot eachother a questioning glance before they looked towards Thomas once more "Well... Why would you want to ruin him?" asked Madison, in his hands he still held the book. "Well isn't that what he did to us? To our reputation?" asked Thomas, to which the two beside him nodded. "Exactly. I'd say it's a fair price to pay. His debt has only been partially paid" he said - "That's poetic" Burr stated. Jefferson smirked, "You think?"

"You promised eachother that you'll leave eachother alone, did you not?" reminded James, to which Thomas playfully scoffed - "Oh please.. You really think either of us are gonna listen to that?" Madison sneezed momentarily, getting a 'bless you' from Burr and then from Thomas. "Well what do you suggest?" he asked. Thomas thought for a long moment, keeping the other two awaiting his response. "Which club was it that Samuel ran?" he suddenly asked, bringing Burr and Madison confusion, "Uh.. which Samuel?" asked Burr - "Seabury."

"Oh. The school newspaper and article club-" Replied Aaron, watching Jefferson pat Madison's back out out habit as the shorter started to cough - not tearing his eyes away from Burr. "What days does it run?" he asked, "Uhm.. It's Mondays and wednesdays I think-" but he was cut in by another question, "What day is it today?" asked Thomas. "Wednesday.. why?" Burr furrowed his eyebrows in question as Madison caught his breath, also looking to Jefferson curiously. "Perfect."

Eliza and Alexander had started to walk home together - as they indulged in conversation Alex grew to realise how sweet the girl was. He also learnt that she had lived quite close by. "Don't you usually walk with your sisters?" asked Alexander, "They've got dance lessons today. Don't you usually walk with your friends?" she asked, smiling at Alexander who walked beside her. "Not today. Why don't you join the lessons?" he asked, "Oh, why's that? And I'm more of a cooking type of girl" she smiled. "I've got more important people to be walking with" winked Alex, looking to Eliza - who could feel her cheeks flush as the smile on her face grew. "Alexander! Did you at least tell your friends where you are?" she grinned brightly as the guy laughed, "Yes, yes I did, don't worry"

["She asked me to walk home with her" said Alexander as the boys all crowded around the cafeteria during the end of the school day. "Oh shit! She loves you!" teased Lafayette, at which Alexander rolled his eyes. Alex opened his mouth to speak but was cut in by John, "If you like her then go get her!" he beamed. "Now go be a gentleman!" the freckled boy lightly pushed Alexander towards the direction of the doors as Alexander chuckled. "And don't forget to take her on a date before you do anything!" added Hercules with a wink, elbowing Alexander in the side as the guy flushed red. "Hey!" he melted in embarrassment as he looked to Herc. "It's some good advice!" chimed in Lafayette - "I know this awesome French cafe in town you can go to-" "Okay okay!" chuckled Alex, standing up straight and fixing his uniform before looking to the guys - "Good luck Alex" they all chimed in

"Oh good" smiled Eliza, "I hope they don't mind.." she said, seemingly feeling slightly guilty for a moment. "Trust me, They don't" stated Alexander, his smile still failing to leave his face. "Well they must be lucky to have you as a friend" she said softly, "Haha please, I'm lucky to have them as my friends" he chuckled, "I'm not so sure if they're lucky to have my dumb ass-" he added. "They are!" Interjected Eliza, "And frankly, I think you're pretty smart, and cute, and passionate" the girl could feel her chest bubble with a nervous warmth as she spoke so kindly. "Oh.. thank you" said Alex obliviously, "You're super smart and cute too" he smiled. "Y-you think?" She asked shyly as Alex watched the path before them, "Mhm" he hummed, nodding. "I wish we'd met sooner" he said, "You're really kind" he continued, at which Eliza could feel her heart jump out of her chest, her eyes helplessly staring at the sixteen year old wonder beside her.

A knock came from the classroom door as Jefferson entered. Seabury was just in the beginning of packing up his stuff when he looked up to the man, they were the only two in the room. "Oh, Thomas" he said, "I need to talk to you" replied Thomas. "Oh? Why? The club ended five minutes ago" said Samuel, but Jefferson ignored the remark - "I need you to do something for me" Jefferson closed the door. "Is it important?" asked Sam, internally anxious yet happy that someone as well known as Jefferson would need something from him. After-all, Jefferson didn't care much about stupid clubs. "It is to me, yes."

"Well then.. I suppose I have a few minutes, sit down" Thomas welcomed himself further into the room and took a seat on one of the plastic school chairs, soon Samuel followed suit. "What is it?" asked Seabury, prompting Jefferson to talk, "Now before you start freaking out I need you to hear me out." Now Samuel was nervous. "Listen, Sam, I know you publish the school newspapers and stuff - I need you to publish something about someone" spoke Jefferson, his expression concentrated and tracking Samuel, he knew every way this could go wrong and was prepared to calm things down by resorting to drastic measures, though he really hoped he wouldn't have to. "Oh?" Samuel suddenly seemed intrigued in what Thomas had to say since he rarely got requests, "Who about?" he asked. "Alexander Hamilton" said Jefferson, "Oh? What did he do?" Seabury was still slightly nervous as he spoke to Jefferson but did a really good job hiding it - he didn't like Alex that much. But he knew about Jefferson and Hamilton's rivalry, and it scared him. He didn't want to get caught up in the drama. "Nothing to you. But I want you to publish a newspaper talking about how he's an abuser" he replied, to which Samuel furrowed his eyebrows, surprised. "Oh my god, is he really?" he asked, which Jefferson smiled momentarily "No. But I still want you to write about it" Jefferson looked at Sam intensely, ready to see how he reacts. "Thomas I don't know.. what would you want me to say?" Samuel leaned forward in his chair.

"I want you to make up something about him. And maybe an ex girlfriend. Some stalking.. all that" Samuel shook his head at Jefferson's words - "Are you crazy? No way! I'm making stuff up so that you can get shit on Alex" he said, about to stand up when Jefferson spoke again. "Seabury you're making a mistake" but Seabury had already stood up, shaking his head - and so Jefferson also quickly stood up, leaning in close to the boy, his posture suddenly more stern as his expression hardened. "Samuel. You hate the guy. I hate the guy." but Sam shook his head once more - "Yes but this isn't the solution to a conflict-" Jefferson cut him off "I'll pay you."

Seabury went silent, so Jefferson spoke up "$20" but Samuel still looked uncertain as he looked at Thomas quietly - "$50?"

Samuel looked to Jefferson - "Fine"

"Oh good. Now where should we start.." Jefferson smiled as he walked around the desk, grabbing a piece of paper from one of the plastic drawers - setting it down before the two of them.
