"So, do you have any gadgets that can get us out of here?" I asked, trying to move a bit to find a bit more comfort in the chair I was strapped down tight to.

"Well, I don't think my saw with do good with metal, and even if we did get free, I doubt those guys watching us would let us get very far"

"We're Agents Max, we know how to fight"

"Against those guys? Maybe if I had a good nights rest and a big breakfast I could, but without any sleep or food for the past 24 hours? Nah, I'm good"

"I didn't think of that, but your right...why are you always right?"

"Because I always read the instructions and listen"

"That was one mission!"

We were interrupted as my cousin entered the room, looked very well rested and refreshed.

"So, now that you've had a little bit of time to think about it, are you more willing"

"Yeah, we'll pass buddy" Agent White retorted before I could even open my mouth, I looked at him and swallowed a chuckle as I saw the death glare in Agent White's eyes. My cousin just sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, completely ignoring Agent White in the process.

"I figured you would say that...so why don't I show you my little project I've been working on this morning?"

I raised my eyebrows "Does it have to do with hiring another person to plant the virus?"

"Oh no, I'm way past that cousin"

"Oh, so..."

"I'll be destroying the entire base"

Agent White leaned forward so fast and hard, the bolts keeping his chair down rattled furiously, threatening to come out any second.

"What!?" He yelled.

"And how do you prepose to do that cousin? You can't even kill someone who trusted you"

"Ah, but here is the genius of it all, I can kill 2 birds with one stone. I can take you out, and I can take down the mafia once and for all"

"How...you know what, I'm not even going to ask. So since you failed at taking over the Mafia, your going to try and destroy it?"

"You know, you constantly surprise me at how well you piece things together, you know that?"

"Yeah but she doesn't read..."

"Shutup!"

My cousin smiled at Agent White and I "I ship you two, honestly, its to bad this'll be that last time I'll see you guys"

"Wait what?"

"I told you I figured out out to get rid of you and that stupid base"

"I..."

He pointed to a massive pile of paper and junk in the middle of the room. The house we were in was almost 20 miles outside the city limits, it was basically a old abandoned wooden 2 story mansion. "You see this?" He asked, still pointing at the pile, I had noticed it before, but didn't really think much of it until now.

"Yeah what about it?"

"Well, I'm sure you've noticed it before, but did you notice those gas canisters over there?"

It took a moment, but realization must have dawned on my face as my cousin started laughing.

"You wouldn't dare!"

"Cousin, I've done things worst than this to people. And besides, I warned you you'd be begging for death if you double crossed me"

I turned to look at Agent White who just looked stunned, looking between my cousin and I, trying to process all the was said.

I suddenly felt incredibly guilty, Agent White had nothing to do with this, and yet he was was about to die because of my decisions. After my cousin left, I looked at Agent White.

"I'm really sorry"

"For what?"

"Getting you into this whole mess, I mean if you had never met me, we wouldn't be in this mess would we?"

"No, we wouldn't be, but think of everything else...would you really give up meeting me if you knew at the end, this is where we'd be at?"

"If I knew I'd keep you out of this, yes I would"

"But you would have still ended up here, and I would have probably been killed"

I bit my lip "You are making way to many good points today"

"Sorry?"

My cousin soon returned with a happy look on his face "Well, I guess this is goodbye cousin, you are going to perish here, and that Mafia base will be no more"

"What did you do?"

"Easy, you go up in flames, the base goes boom"

"You planted a bomb!?"

"Well duh, what else goes boom?"

"Kinda basic not gonna lie"

"Well it will get the job done, have fun being a torch"

"Wait!"

Taking the gasoline jugs, he signaled to his men and dumped them on the pile of trash, sprinkling some on the ground and around us before tossing the jugs he used on the piled, lighting and dropping a match onto the ground and quickly turning and locking th door behind him, leaving us completely trapped.
