2nd POV:
You're blood was boiling, it honestly felt like you were on fire and ready to combust into actual flames, it was an anger burning so intense, you could not think or see straight. You were running as fast as you could, biting on your tongue to keep yourself from making any noise, from spouting a single word as you rushed over to Mirio, desperately trying to get there before Nejire could catch you and before Tamaki could say anything to Mirio. Yet, the look on his face, the strange expression he was wearing when you finally approached him all tired and out of breath, you could feel your heart drop to the pit of your stomach.
"(Y/n)...I just talked to Tamaki."
Those words alone only made the dread you were already feeling become overwhelming, wash over your whole being in waves as you stared at Mirio, not knowing what else to do. You could see Tamaki and Nejire staring at you, taking on a defensive stance right behind Mirio, seeming like they were preparing for someone to attack at any given moment. "Can you...talk?" Those words began to set off all kinds of signals and warnings inside of you, your whole being rattling and you begin to panic.
Feeling this way was the worst thing that could happen, especially right now, when you were mentally fighting yourself, because all these feelings made you feel anxious and scared. These feelings immediately brought her out, the one who helped you when you needed it the most...whenever you were in danger.
Yes...dangerous. You're afraid.
You're a coward.
A useless nobody who can't even seem to hide who you truly are deep down inside.
A fucking pussy back then...a fucking pussy now. You're eyes roll to the back of your head as you threw your head back, freaking all three of them out and just as Mirio was about to grab your shoulders to check if you are okay, you brought your head back forward with a snap. "Should've just taken control since the very beginning. Can't do shit right without me." You murmured venomously, head hanging with your hair covering your eyes. Again, you lift your head as you smile, a very sinister one as you stared at Mirio, making his heart pound loudly in his ears as he took a step back the second he heard you murmuring, though he couldn't quite catch what you said.
"By the way, what exactly did Tamaki, tell you, Mirio?"
You say Tamaki's name with so much venom that it made all three of them visibly shiver. The fact that you were speaking despite you being supposedly mute only added to their fears and worries, especially Tamaki. Meanwhile, Mirio just gawked at you, not sure how to take the fact that you can actually speak...talk...and your voice sound so sweet despite their current situation.
"Does that really matter?" Mirio says, a soft smile still on his lips while still looking at you with those eyes filled with loving concern towards you, making you all the more lost and obsessed with needing to have him to yourself. "I'd like to speak with you alone, Mirio." He didn't really have much of a choice as two out-of-focus and static embodiments took form, appearing behind both Nejire and Tamaki. They both took on a very faded blue as they placed their hands against Tamaki's and Nejire's ears, humming so softly and the sound reverberating in the air, causing both of them to just slump onto the ground, unconscious.
This startles Mirio, and he immediately turns his back to you, worried for his friends, as he drops to his knees beside them to check to see if they are okay. He lets out an audible breath of relief when he notices them breathing evenly, almost as if they're asleep. Once he was satisfied that his friends were safe, he tried to stand up to turn his attention back to you, but you were already squatting down beside him.
