"Eyes here, Kang Taehyun."

Taehyun lifted his gaze from his phone to the girl perched on his side, her breasts pressed against his arm, long black wavy hair tickling his skin as she attempted to lean in closer, her smoky eye makeup accentuating her siren eyes. She gave him a confident smirk when she finally got his attention.

"We're playing liar's dice" she whispered into his ears, "we're a team."

"Oh?" the game seemed to have piqued his interest. He reached his hand out to grab his glass of mixed vodka and took two huge gulps, allowing the liquid to burn into his system. Maintaining eye contact with the girl beside him, whose name he had already forgotten, Taehyun smirked in return, his other hand resting on her exposed thigh, "let's get started then."

Manipulating the game with ease, Taehyun managed to win consecutively, and each time he won, he would give out the nastiest dares for the other players. Watching them take shots, spill drinks all over themselves and onto the floor of the VIP room, hands roaming all over each other, Taehyun leaned back in his seat, feeling a little bored. The same things always happened, people getting drunk, making out with just anyone in the room, taunting the servers who'd enter to deliver more drinks and food to them.

"Kang Taehyun! You're fucking sadistic!" One of them choked out when Taehyun made him drink red wine mixed with vodka, which was one of the worst combinations ever done. The tannins in red wine irritate stomachs and literally drain the water in the drinker's body. With vodka that would surely leave one drunk, sick and dehydrated, the mixed drink would definitely leave an awful hangover for the consumer.

The silver haired only smirked, his arm lazily wrapped around the girl's shoulder as he snacked on peanuts.

"Say, Taehyun, why don't we-"

Seeing his phone lighting up with incoming notifications, he ignored the girl and picked up his phone, immediately dashing out of the room and into the soundproof VIP toilet which was fortunately unoccupied.

Opening Beomgyu's chat, he instantly frowned at the texts the other boy had sent him. Beomgyu had sent two long text messages, apologising for not being able to make it to their supposed schedule for the next few days as he had fallen sick. And he had went on to express his disappointment and frustration that he couldn't even spend proper time with his own twin, who had already moved to the dorms the previous day.

Beomgyu's texts were always amusing to Taehyun. Because the long haired boy loved to send really long messages and would go off topic the longer the texts are, like how he went from apologising for being sick, to sulk and complain about not having time to spent with his twin, to now the third long message that just popped out in the chat, describing his recent encounter with a cat that reminded him of Taehyun's black cat, Boo.

If Taehyun could only use one word to describe their relationship, it would be a simple "weird". He knew Beomgyu disliked him in a way or another, yet the other boy would still chat away like he was his friend, sharing snippets of his own life and bombarding Taehyun with his adventures. It was the fact that Beomgyu knew Taehyun was using him, but still stuck around regardless and tried his best to like him. He allowed Taehyun to touch him, and he would get all flustered when it happened, but then, Beomgyu could act as if nothing had happened afterwards, completely unaffected by Taehyun's gestures. Not saying that this was what Taehyun didn't want though, it was exactly what he wanted; someone pliant and easy to manipulate. Except that Beomgyu was too indifferent, and it could get a little irritating for Taehyun.
