"Hey? What are you doing here." I asked when I walked in.

"Why are you crying?" I asked.

"Dallas cheated on me!"Alyssa yelled so hard her face started to turn colors.

"Um it's okay. I'll take care of him for you" I said not sure why she was coming to me. I am super confused right now.

"Like you will, bitch!" She walked towards me angrily. She raises her hand and slaps me right across the face.

I stumbled back a bit from the force of her slap. Once I regained my balance I held my hand to my cheek.

"What the hell!?" I yelled. "Get out" I yelled at her furrowing my eyebrows.

She walked out the door while flipping the magazine rack down before she left.

"What was that about?" Steve seemed just as confused as I did.

" I have no idea" I said going to the rack of magazines that was now on the floor.

"I'll clean this up real quick then I'll run to see what Dal's doin." I said with a sigh. I tried to stack the magazines fast but they just kept falling over.

"Go. I'll clean it up." Steve told me.

I smiled at him. I got up and left.

Why would Dallas cheat on Alyssa? It just made no sense. Well I take that back. It kinda made sense. She was definitely a soc. She was nice to me, but she was totally a bitch sometimes. But Dallas wasn't like that. I know him. He's my brother.

But would he?

I walked up to our house but Dally wasn't there.

"Dallas! You home?" I yelled through the small house.

No answer.

I walked over to Buck's. Maybe he was there.

I walked through the side door. I don't understand why he would be here though it's 2 in the afternoon.

"Hey Buck. Is Dallas here?" I asked looking around the bar.

"Nope. Haven't seen him all day." He said cleaning a glass with a towel.

"Oh. Ok" I walked out.

I didn't even bother going back to the DX. I just went back home hoping Dallas would be back soon.

I sat on the couch and turned on the tv. I ended up dozing off until I heard the door fly open. I opened my eyes and saw Dally with a girl.

"Ew Dallas I'm right here! Go fuck upstairs!" I yelled covering my eyes with a pillow.

The girl pushed him onto the couch. Luckily I rolled off the couch and onto the floor before he could land on me. I got up and took the pillow that fell on the floor with me and hit him right on the face. He pushed the pillow away. The girl then pushed me away and crawled on top of him.

"Ugh" i sighed in disgust.

"Fine I'm taking your car." I yelled as I walked to the door. I felt something hit the back of my head.

"Owe!" I held the back of my head and turned around. He threw the fucking keys at my head. I picked the keys from of the floor and jammed them in my jean pockets.

"Get the fuck out!" He yelled.

"Screw you!" I said flipping him off.

I decided I was going to drive to the mall. I got in the car and started to drive out of the neighborhood.

All the sudden I see a kid being pushed out of his house.

I slammed on the breaks and jumped out of the car as soon as I saw who it is.

Johnny.

"Johnny!" I yelled. I pulled the keys out of the car and ran to him. I cradled his head, as he layed on his side in the middle of the sidewalk, leading to his house.

His mom was still there about to hit him with the broom again, but Two-Bit came out from nowhere and grabbed the broom from her and chucked it across the yard.

"Get the hell out of here!" He yelled. His mom ran back inside.

"Hey Johnny. Your not too banged up are ya?" He asked coming over to us. Johnny sat up.

"Na, just a few cuts and bruises." He said.

"You'll be ok Johnny" I said with a smile. We got up and headed to my car.

"Y'all wanna come shopping with me?" I asked. "I'm headed to the mall."

"Sure we'll come" Johnny said taking shot gun. Two got in the back seat. I turned on the car and started driving to the west side.

"Thanks for helpin me out back there" Johnny said.

"It's not a problem Johnny. Don't sweat it." I said.

"You guys got your switch on ya?" Two said.

Johnny and I both nodded.

"Good. You never know what gonna happen on the west side." He said.

It was silent for a few minutes.

"Hey I thought you were helping out Steve and Soda today?" Johnny said.

"Yeah well it's a long story." I said with a sigh.

"We've got time" Johnny said.

I sighed as I thought about the past few hours.

"Well. I was at the shop helping Steve and Soda. They were showing me how to fix some pipe or somethin and Steve get up because someone came into shop. He came back and said they were looking for me. I went to see who it was and it was Alyssa, my coworker from the Dingo. She was cryin and said that Dallas was two timing her. I didn't believe it at first, but I told her I would talk to him. Then she slapped me. " I stopped to take a breath.

"I went home and fell asleep until Dal and some girl barged through the door and stared making out. They jumped on the couch almost crushing me! Then I got kicked out." I said finishing up my story.

"The end" I said sarcastically.

Two scoffed from the back seat. Johnny was just starting out the window. Why aren't they surprised.

"You guys don't seemed as surprised as me" I said looking at them for a quick second.

"You might be his sister and think you know all about him, but you know the old Dallas from New York. We know the new Dallas who lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma." He said.

"Yeah D. Dally's changes a lot. This isn't uncommon for him." Two said. Johnny nodded.

I zoned out. They were right. I knew the old Dallas. The one who would go to school sometimes and walk around with his biker gangs not giving a damn it the world. He also never cared for girls. He despised them. Thought they were a menace to society. I knew the Dallas that would come home from whatever he was at and ignore me when I said hello or asked for help on my homework or help on making dinner because my parents wouldn't make me something to eat. But I though Dallas was just tired or busy and that he wanted to help.

I wanted to believe Dallas cared for me then. So I did. I tricked my brain into thinking Dallas actually cared for me only because my parents couldn't give a shit about. Maybe my mom sometimes. Rarely. Sometimes I'll miss her. Only because she brought me into this hateful world. My Dad only cared about Dallas. He ignored me. Now. Do I even have to get started on Charlie? I sure hope not.

I'm I tricking my brain into thinking Dallas actually cares for me again? Right now? I don't know. Probably, he's the only family I have left.

I thought about all the times Dallas cared for me. Then I thought about all the times Dallas had yelled at me, hurt me, told me I was a piece of useless shit, kicked me out, and so much more. I realized that Dallas didn't love me and it shows. I can't remember the last time Dallas said the words "I love you".

He's Dallas Tucker Winston. What do you expect. He probably will die never saying those words to anyone.
