The moment our eyes locked

Upon getting to know each other deeply

The initial feeling I had has been confirmed.

At night,

I rest assured that if I get lost,

My heart will find its way back to you.

I no longer fear that I'll be left in the dark

The way I've experienced in the past.

When I feel like I'm drowning,

You've allowed me to use our soul tie

As a rope to pull myself out of the deep end

Letting me know that you're not going anywhere

The strings that keep us tethered double

As a map to guide me back to you... my center.

Some say the world doesn't revolve around others
