Thank you for being a queen

Thank you for being a muse for this piece

And receiving this message from me

You're the brightest star in the sky

The prettiest flower that grows from the earth

The reflection of eminence that brings God glory

You're really special

And have been since day one

You're a motivating individual

That truly has me inspired

I know it hasn't been easy for you

It probably seems like life isn't fair

But you continue to keep the faith

And climb the crystal stairs

You're prolific and powerful

Beautiful and intelligent

I'm awestruck at the way you've handled people that are irrelevant

You can always call me when you need some love

I'll always be there whenever you need a hug

We can talk anytime because this love will never die

I'll always protect you

And wipe your tears from your eyes

You're the perfect description

Of being fearfully and wonderfully made

You stand with so much strength

And help me to be brave

So this poem is more of a letter giving you flowers and praise

I can't wait to order your book

My eyes will be glued to every page

"This Is Heaven" brought me to tears

"Glory's Prayer "made me feel God's Presence

Through you I was taught that we will rise

We don't confirm

We affirm that your name is etched in history

We're not related but we're always going to be family

I pray for you daily

I carry you in my spirit when I go to church

I hope you continue to write

And be with a guy who honors and respects your worth

You are a diamond worth protecting

I know you can stand the pain

You'll never be alone

Because I'm always going to hold your hand in the rain

Whenever I hear you speak

I know God says "I'm glad she's my daughter"

You're divine and full of pulchritude

No one will break us apart

Your story is easy on the eye

And brings us closer to God like art
