My life is like a coin
Spinning and twirling
Never knowing which way it's going
Will I have a win or a loss
Playing a game of heads or tails? One side heads, the other tails
One is right, the other fails
A coin of uncertainty, twirling in the air
Choosing one choice, to completely unaware
Will you take the left turn, or will you take the right
Both sides are so different, it's hard to decide
It's a test of fate and a battle of wits
Sometimes it takes all of my grit
A rolling of the dice, a flip of the coin
Every decision demands a coin toss
My luck is like an acrobat, flipping and flying
Performing for throngs of spectators, silently crying
Sometimes a crash, sometimes a feat
I never know what will defeat
My dreams are like a kite, they blow with the wind
Sometimes a different direction their gaze must send
Do I cut them free, or am I brave enough to stay?My thoughts are a pendulum,
Desperate swings in a vacuum.
Do I accept the hidden blessing
Or do I descend with repression? My life is a crossroads, a choice between two doors
One of joy and contentment, the other defeat and scores
Do I take a chance, or will I reserve and fail
In the end, it's all heads or tails.-Mayhem
