life is a game of poker
a tough one at that
and the way to win it
is with a poker face
never let them know
what's really in your hands
the value that's hidden
is where your strength lies
because when they find out
that's when you're vulnerable
when they know where it hurts
and know how to control you
they know what's in your cards
seen what's your worth
and they won't stop at anything
to get what they feel they deserve
