Jughead says to FP "I had an agreement with Hiram Lodge."
FP says to Jughead "There was no stopping the others.They were churned up about you and Fangs.Even though Fangs is...He's alive."

FP says to Jughead "Yeah,that was a lie."
Jughead says to FP "A ploy,you mean.To goad the Serpents into a fight they couldn't win.All of riot night was a Hiram Lodge orchestrated mousetrap.And the Serpents followed me right into it." FP says to Jughead "Sunnyside Trailer Park fell,and while our trailer's still standing, most of them burned.Jug.After the rumble,some of the Serpents defected,they...They joined the Ghoulies,others were arrested.More went into hiding,the rest,they...They left town.The Serpents,they don't exist anymore.We had our time.Nothing for you to do but to get better.And to be there for Betty."

Veronica says to Fred "Here's your schedule for the next three days, Mr. Andrews.My mom's doing an Eva Perón-like rainbow tour.Shaking the trees one last time before election night.I took the liberty of booking you right behind her,so that people know they have a choice."
Fred says to Veronica "Well, I... I appreciate that,Veronica, for what it's worth, but...Everybody's already saying that your parents saved Riverdale after the riot.That it was their guy, Minetta,who put out the fires and rounded up the guilty parties."
Archie says to Fred "We know the truth, Dad,that Mr. Lodge doesn't want to save the town.He wants to take it over."
Veronica says to Fred "Luckily,I won't rest until you're elected mayor,Mr. Andrews.Even if it means I have to put my own political admissions aside."
Fred says to Veronica "In what respect?"
Veronica says to Fred "I'm no longer running for student council with Archie.Conspiring against my parents is proving to be a full time job."

Jughead says to Archie and Veronica "I'll be out of here first thing tomorrow."

Archie says to Jughead "That's good, Jug.Because we still need your brain.There's another mystery
to solve.Mr. Cooper was at the town hall when some other Black Hood took shots at the candidates.And he was at home with Betty and Mrs. Cooper when another Black Hood,probably the same as the one at the town hall,came after me and my dad,so..."
Jughead says to Archie,Betty and Veronica "Well, a second Black Hood's attacks at the town hall and on your dad,seem to indicate a political motive.Which to me suggests..."
Veronica says to Jughead "That my father's behind them?"
Veronica stands up
Veronica says to Jughead,Betty and Archie "I don't disagree.With Fred out of the way, my mother's path to victory is that much more assured."
Archie says to Veronica,Betty and Jughead "So, if we're gonna stop Hiram,we've got to do it now. Once the Lodges are in control of the mayor's office,they'll be untouchable."
Jughead says to Archie "Yeah,but do you think Hiram would really put on a black hood and start shooting at people for a mayorship?"
Veronica says to Jughead "No.But he would hire someone to do it."
Archie says to Jughead "We were thinking it could be a Serpent, Jug.Or a Ghoulie."
Jughead says to Archie,Betty and Veronica"Or, even more insidiously...the man that Hiram put in charge of restoring peace and harmony."
Archie says to Jughead "Sheriff Minetta."
Veronica says to Jughead "He was supposedly guarding the town hall,but no one saw him."
Archie says to Jughead "And he was MIA most of the riot night."Jughead says to Archie "Let's start there."
Archie says to Jughead "Will do.I have to go down to the sheriff's station tomorrow anyway."
