Fp says to Jughead (on the phone) "You do not want to be in bed with a snake charmer.And if Penny Peabody reaches out,don't respond."

Jughead says to Penny "No. You said that this was going to be a one and done."
Penny says to Jughead "And I am just getting started with you."

Jughead says to Farmer McGinty "You think the Riverdale Reaper is the Black Hood?"
Farmer McGinty says to Jughead "I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same man. There was a family living out near Fox forest. Someone broke in and shot em all dead. Some say he never left Riverdale."

Jughead says to Betty "Sorry,there's no service in the bowels of City Hall."
Betty says to Jughead "What'd you find? Any truth to what that creepy truck driver said about that murdered family?"
Jughead says to Betty "Yes,shockingly,Freddy Krueger didn't lie to me. A family of four was murdered by someone that the press called the Riverdale Reaper. The victims were Jim and Mary Ellen Conway and their kids. Tommy was ten and Sue was nine. Reaper was never caught or indentified,so he could be our Black Hood,but I'm dubious. He would be in his 60's by now."
Betty says to Jughead "Why did he do it? Kill them?"
Jughead says to Betty "The reporter of the article talked to a sheriff at the time,who thought killer chose them at random or because their house was isolated."
Betty says to Jughead "Where was it?"
Jughead says to Betty "Edge of Fox Forest down some service road. Here. There's a picture of it."
Jughead shows a old newspaper to Betty and Betty looks at it and it says House of Horrors
Betty says to Jughead "Oh,my God. Jughead,I've been to this house. The Black Hood sent me to it,as part of his game."
Jughead says to Betty "Well,then there's definitely a link between the Black Hood and the Reaper. We should talk to Keller. Pull the files from the murders. At least get a list of all the players."
Betty says to Jughead "No,Jughead,I can't go to Sheriff Keller. Not after I accused him of being the Black Hood."
Jughead says to Betty "Right,yeah,that would be awkward. You could go to the house."
Betty says to Jughead "I can't go back there,Jug. He made me look in a mirror,you know,what I saw staring back at me,I don't want to do that again."
Jughead says to Betty "Hey. Then you don't have to okay?"

Jughead says to a police "Hello? Yeah,I'll accept the charges."

Betty says to Varchie "So the reason we called you guys in here..."
Jughead says to Varchie "My dad's getting out of jail."
Archie says to Jughead "Jug,that's great."
Veronica says to Jughead "Yeah. What heralded this miracle?"
Jughead says to Varchie "Uh...Overcrowding at the jail. I guess the judge reviewed my dad's case and after Cheryl's testimony it was a perfect storm."
Archie says to Jughead "What do you need from us,Jug?"
Betty says to Varchie "Both of us. We have a new lead on the Black Hood case. And Jughead and I ,we were wondering if you guys would follow up on it for us. We can give you all the details,the articles."
Jughead says to Varchie "It's just that I have to be there for my dad to help with his re-entry,so."
Betty says to Varchie "Uh,yeah and I'm just...I'm taking a break from the Black Hood."
Veronica says to Bughead "Wait,so,you want us to be...you guys?"
Jughead says to Varchie "Essentially,yes. Why ,is there a problem with that?"

Cheryl says to Josie "All these tension knots.Luckily,I just picked up a new bottle of lavender essential oil. Turn around."

Hiram says to Veronica "The usual. That we'll be targeted and punished for our sinful ways."
Veronica says to Hiram and Hermione "Well,don't let it ruin your day."
Hermione says to Veronica "According to Keller,apparently dozens of households received the exact same letter."
Veronica says to Hiram and Hermione "Well,I don't know about those other people,but we're actually sinners."

Alice says to Betty "They're letting Fp out?"
Betty says to Alice "And you're gonna hear it eventually,so,it might as well be from me. Don't freak out,Jughead is a Serpent now,officially."
Alice says to Betty "Betty. I wish I could say I was surprised."
Betty says to Alice "Jughead is important to me. Fp is important to Jughead. So I'm asking,Mom,will you try to give him the benefit of the doubt,for me?"

Jughead says to the Serpents "I have an announcement to make. My dad's getting out."
Serpents clap and cheer
Serpents says to Jughead "Yeah."
Jughead says to the Serpents "And when he does,I'll bring him up to speed about our plans with Mayor McCoy."
Tall Boy says to Jughead "That's brilliant."
Jughead says to Tall Boy "Do you have a problem with that,Tall Boy?"
Tall Boy says to Jughead "Your old man? No."
Tall Boy stands up
Tall Boy says to Jughead "I got no problem with him. But you want us to sit down with the Mayor."
Jughead says to the Serpents "I do. He's right. I think we can bring the Southside back. But it's going to take work and it's going to take compromise."
Tall Boy laughs
Tall Boy says to Jughead "Bring the Southside back. You've been here all of five minutes."
Jughead says to Tall Boy "Tall Boy,I am sick of you acting like a little bitch. Whispering behind my back that I'm half a Serpent or that I don't belong here."
Jughead says to the Serpents "Why don't we put it to a vote? If you guys think what I'm doing is wrong,I'll step aside."
Toni stands up
Toni says to the Serpents "All those who stand with Jughead and think that Talk Boy should shut the hell up..."
Everyone Serpent puts their hands up except for Jughead and Tall Boy and Sweet Pea puts his hand up
