The next morning, Sapnap leaves and you eat breakfast.
Laying around, bored and left with nothing to do.
Until the nurse comes in.
"We're going to transport you now. A group of paramedics will be here in a few minutes to load you into the ambulance," She says, getting you ready.
The next hour is pretty uneventful.
Getting loaded into the ambulance and transported to Illisville Mental Health Institute.
Once you're unloaded from the ambulance and guided inside, the paramedics leave, and you're left with a worker.
She hands you a new gown and socks and points you to a bathroom, where she stands and watches you change.
You look at her, your eyes wide. "Do you really have to watch me?"
She nods. "Protocol."
Okay then.
You quickly finish changing and hand her your old gown, following her out.
She leads you to a large room of tables and lots of people, most of them gathered around a TV that was playing cartoons.
"This is where you'll be for the next few hours until you go meet your therapist, Ruby. She'll come find you," The lady says, pushing me into the room and walking off.
You just awkwardly stand there and not say anything.
That is, until another woman walks over to you.
"Hey sweetie," She says, smiling at you. "You must be y/n!"
You nod hesitantly. "Yeah, that's me."
She takes your hand and drags you over to a table with two girls who were playing a card game.
"Hey girls," The woman says, making them both stop what they were doing to look up at her.
"This is y/n. Could you guys keep her some company?"
One of the girls nods, the other one just stays quiet.
The woman sighs. "Is everything okay, Kaya?"
She nods slowly, keeping her eyes fixated to her lap.
"Okay, come get me if you need anything. And, y/n, make yourself comfortable."
And she walks off.
The nice girl smiles at you and pats at the seat next to her, signaling for you to sit there.
"I'm Gianna, and of course, that's Kaya," She says, pointing at the girl across from her.
"Nice to meet you guys.." You say, quiet.
"So, what're you in for?" Gianna asks, stacking her cards back up into a pile and putting them back in the box.
"Uh.." You start. "I tried to kill myself."
She nods. "Most people in here have. Me on the other hand? I just got in a fight with my parents and got physical with them, apparently they think that's worthy of some time in the nut house."
You laugh awkwardly. "Oh, haha.."
I don't have a good feeling about her..
And then, as if whatever was above heard your call for help, another girl comes over.
"Hey, y/n, right?" The girl asks, putting a hand on your shoulder.
"Yeah. That's me," You say, looking up at her.
She was tall, skinny, and had long, black hair.
"I'm Charley."
"Hi, Charley," You say as she pulls you from the chair and drags you across the room.
She sits down on the couch and you sit next to her, looking at her with your eyebrow raised.
"Why'd you do that?" You question.
She laughs. "I could tell that Gianna was making you a bit uncomfortable."
"Yeah, just a bit.." You laugh.

A few hours later, after meeting your therapist Ruby and having dinner, you were brought to a room.
The room was very bare, the only thing there being a bed that was bolted to the ground.
Barely any blankets, one very thin pillow.
"Well this won't be comfortable.." You say out to nobody, getting into bed and getting under the blankets.
As you sit and stare at the ceiling, your mind stars to wander.
Thinking about your father, about everything that happened.
Thinking about Sapnap.
Oh, Sapnap.
Your wonderful boyfriend that you loved with your whole heart.
Then the sight of his face when he saw you wake up in the hospital bed.
The way his eyes widened and they filled with tears.
The face of the broken boy who had seen the love of his life almost dead in a bathtub.
God, he really deserves better than me.
You feel a tear stream down your face, and quickly go to wipe it with the back of your hand.
But, it just brings you to cry more and more.
Until eventually, your eyes creep shut and you fall asleep in this dark, unfamiliar place.
Missing Sapnap.
