After much protest from nurse Matilda and professor Weasley, Sebastian and I managed to convince them to let us stay with Ominis in the hospital wing.
Sebastian tried to convince professor Weasley to not notify Ominis's parents about the incident, but since Ominis's injuries were so grave, they were required to send an owl to the family. We knew that we'd have to prepare to deal with them, but for now we were glad that Ominis was still alive.
"Love, you really need some rest yourself. Nurse Matilda might've given you potions and herbs, but you were trapped in the mine searching for two days straight. You need to sleep."
"I can't leave him Sebastian, it's my fault he's here, you could've ended up injured too, both of you could've died again, because of me." I clutched Ominis's hand desperately.
"Ophelia, please, stop blaming yourself for all that's happened." Sebastian intertwined his fingers with my free hand and brought my hand up to his cheek. "Honestly, if it wasn't for you love, I would've died two years ago, I might've even taken Ominis and Anne with me." His dark eyes looked straight into mine. I felt like I had not seen him for decades. "You saved us Ophelia, and this time, it was our turn to save you."
I nodded, if I had tears left in me, I would've cried them. I cuddled into Sebastian's side and leaned my head on his shoulder as we watched Ominis sleeping, wondering when we would see him open his eyes again.

"Where is my son?!"
A sharp ear-piercing voice entered the medical wing. It startled Sebastian and I awake we had fallen asleep by Ominis's bedside and sebastian nearly fell off his chair. "Oh no. We're in deep shit." He said under his breath.
I turned to look at the newest arrival, suspecting who it might be. At the medical wing entrance, I saw a tall slender woman dressed in a dark green coat. Her jewelry all carried the emblem of a snake.
"Mrs. Gaunt." Sebastian stated, narrowing his eyes.
Given Ominis's family history, I knew in fact, that we were in deep shit.
Nurse Matilda walked out of her office. Mrs. Gaunt aggressively walked towards her. "Take me to my son, now."
Nurse Matilda raised an eyebrow but did not protest. "This way Mrs. Gaunt."
As they approached Ominis's mother spotted us sitting next to his bed. "Ah, Sebastian Sallow, of course you're here. I'm sure you were involved in this somehow." She turned to look at me, a disgusted look on her face as she eyed me up and down. "And whom might you be young lady?"
"Mrs. Gaunt, this is Ophelia Opaleye. Troll Slayer and The Hero of Hogwarts." Sebastian started as he gestured towards me holding his head up high.
She raised an eyebrow in judgement and scuffed in my direction, "Fancy titles are meaningless if your blood is mudded."
Sebastian flared his teeth and hissed in her direction. I raised my arm in front of him. "I don't need titles, or pure blood to know that Ominis does not need anything else from you or the rest of your family. I'm not sure why you are even here to begin with."
Sebastian's and nurse Matilda's eyes went wide.
"You insolent witch!" Mrs. Gaunt raised a hand to strike me but in that same instant I heard the swish of Sebastian's wand as he unholstered it and held it to her face.
"I wouldn't lay a finger on Ophelia if I were you Mrs. Gaunt." He threatened.
She scuffed again, putting her hand down. "Mut. Nurse, please get these two out of here, my son needs to rest."
