It was Friday and December was finally here. Soon, we would be having some time off for the holidays and be able to take a break from the brain frying work we'd been getting this year. I was looking forward to visiting great aunt Cleo and staying over with Ominis and Sebastian. Although, since the mine incident, Ominis had been getting pestered by his family about spending the holidays at their estate.
I was still concerned about the mentioned arranged engagement, but Ominis continued to insist that it was nothing to worry about and that he would never agree to that demand. I couldn't help my anxiety though.
During lunch, in the great hall, I overheard a lot of girls chatting about the Winter Ball. Sebastian, Ominis and I had avoided attending the ball at all, but with this, being our last year, I started wondering if it might be something we'd want to do. When I started thinking about spending the night dancing with Sebastian and Ominis I got butterflies in my stomach.
While we were wrapping up, the mail owls came in, I got a letter from great aunt Cleo asking about the visit. Ominis also got a letter, he didn't have to tell us who it was from, the envelope was closed with the Gaunt family wax seal. Sebastian and I glanced at Ominis while he read the letter, but he didn't say anything about it and tucked away in his robe.
Sebastian pushed his plate away. "So, sounds like everyone is getting riled up for the holidays and the Wi... Ow bloody hell, that hurt! What the hell Ominis?"
The silverware on the table shook slightly as Sebastian's sentence cut off, I suspected Ominis had kicked him under the table.
"We should get going, I have to go by the medical wing for my last potion dose from nurse Matilda." Ominis started standing up off the table.
"That's exciting, does that mean you got the greenlight for all recreational activities?" Sebastian asked, clearly, his mind was I the gutter.
"We'll see what she says when she examines me today." Ominis stated.
"Do you want us to come along, keep you company?" I asked feeling nervous and excited for him.
"No, don't worry about me. Please head back to the dorm, I'll meet you both there afterwards." Ominis left a kiss on my forehead before heading out to the faculty tower.
Sebastian and I exchanged looks before he took my hand and gave it a kiss. "He'll be alright, let's go start on assignments, I am planning on tackling everything today so we can all enjoy the weekend together once you two are done with your faculty and prefect meetings." Sebastian winked at me as we walked back to the common room.
It had been all of 15 minutes since we'd pull out our books and parchments before Sebastian grunted and started to trail up my leg with kisses and his tongue.
"Seb... Homework." I insisted.
"But homework is booooring..." He said dropping his face on my lap and turning up to give me puppy eyes, "and you're steaming hot. Can we just take a quick break?"
"No breaks, we literally just started. You must've read one paragraph. Let's keep working." I refused to look at him, I knew he would just pout and give that adorable look that I couldn't say no to if I turned.
"Please Ophelia, I need you."
"You need to do your homework. You said yourself that you wanted to get it done tonight to have the weekend free. You'll never finish at this rate." I scuffed.
Sebastian groaned "Please O, my cock aches for you, look at it, you can see it throbbing in my pants." He gestured towards his pants.
My eyes started to trail over to his waistline, before I caught myself and looked back at my book. "No, your cock will just have to wait."
