Last night/this morning or wtv, around 2-3am, i was re-reading some random things me and my ex friend wrote or wtv, and i started to feel something touching me. i alr felt watched but eh. And it got hard to breathe a bit and the temperature got warmer. (no i was not nervous either, nor do i have some sort of health problem that would cause that)
it didnt happen only then, either. Other times it gets hard to breathe and the temperature rises, out of nowhere. and the touches, also.
Before that, like prob 8-10pm i was playing roblox and felt something touch my chin.
ANOTHER time was some day ago where i felt my head turn itself. not a twitch, just yeah. i turned it back obv.
18:51 i wturned for one second and saw like a shadow arm, it dissappeared as soon as i saw it though
