So last night I was trying to sleep, i dont know if its because of myself, but my heart would randomly speed up and i got intense paranoia. I also randomly smelled cigarettes despite no one having smoked in the room (not allowed to smoke in the room), it dissappeared after a bit though..
Aswell as a vision of my little brother's face having a bruise on his eye, like as if someone punched him which made me yet again get the paranoid feeling out of nowhere, the stranger one was the vision car's headlights..?? I felt touches, and while i was busy in my thoughts, i swear i heard whispers in the background and when I payed more attention, i didnt understand what it said but i got the same paranoid feeling. I stayed awake till around 5-6am, i did manage to get some sleep at last, but it's still weird.
OKAY SO its 9pm and a car, i cant see who was in it or what color it was cuz its dark (prob a black car but i could be wong) i was on the swingset aaand the car basically STOPPED. IT STOPPED right where i was, after a bit it drove away, i got vry paranoid so i went up n stuff n talked to dad andd after a bit the car came back like it had made a U turn or something and it drove by slowly. AND MY MOM SAID IT'S BEEN HAPPENIN FOR A FEW DAYS??? Idk if i mentioned this but she's been saying that she hears as if someONE not an animal, a person, was walking INSIDE the property, which we put GATES on so wtf. ??? idk if its them or just some random creeps BUT UHM? I DONT KNOW. all ik is i got paranoid and the vision of the car headlights might not be a coincidence like i thought ?? like what if it was a message OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT FKCING VISION OF A MAN I DUNNO MAN but yeah uhhh stay tuned i will keep updating aaaa
update 17/08/2024
so i woke up at 5am AGAIN, and its 8am now i didnt even notice time went that fast. but last night i had trouble sleeping despite going earlier, at 11pm, i kept getting paranoid at rather small things, like when mom said ''where'd this imbecile park his car'' i thought she had been talking ab the suspicious car earlier, but she wasnt as the door was closed so,, and other things i dont remember. I felt touches on my waist and my back, which made me nervous. I don't think i heard anything out of place, and i didn't have any dreams. Though as I'm awake now im awfully cold (its 20 degrees idk if thats hot or cold but google said usually that's room temp) and my legs hurt as if i walked for a long time/execised despite me not having moved all that much during the day (didnt exercise as i had no energy nor willpower, and i walked very little.)
update 21/08/2024
last night i was tryna sleep n smth kept touching my inner thighs, knees, waist, hand n wrist (i was holding my hand up to see what hed do n i was on my back) then i went on my stomach n the feelings continued,, rubbing my back and stuff
AND then later on at 5am when i went to sleep, no holdin hand up or anything, i js felt smth touch my left chest n also my neck a bit,, and my face lke smth gripped around my jaw
some other things is as i was trying to sleep last night, i felt an immense urge to cut, like, its ridiculous, i had been clean since july 20-21st, and nothing so excessive happened, just like an urge, like if you crave chocolate so much its physical, but instead of chocolate its cutting, for blood ??? also a small sui urge along w it, which i just lightly traced my veins with a boxcutter (didnt cut, just lightly pressed, since itd be retarded to attempt for no reason.) but i did cut my lip a bit since those heal in 1-2 days and arent bad, i had an urge to do it on my neck but i didnt want my parents to like see that and ground me or anything.
do not ask wattpad to help me bc if i receive one god damn 'concerned individual' wattpad email im going to do worse to mself than cuts you fucking bastards yk who u are.
