Heart Break

Hinata wondered in why Sasuke kept glaring at her and if she had done something rude to him but couldn't remember. Naruto had visited yesterday's noon and asked if she wanted to go forest hiking with him. Of course she answered with a positive. She would be a fool if she didn't! Besides, she always thought that Naruto would look like a woodland elf in the forest. He only needs elven ears to complete that fantasy of hers. Well, one of many.

She once drew him as a merman but decided that maybe as a Cecaelia would suit him better because merman was so overrated. Besides...tentacles. For some reason Japan has some really erotic idea with tentacles and...Hinata was ovulating and thus horny. She accidentally gave him nine tentacles though and excused that as his magic tentacle. She hid that embarrassing picture born of teenage fantasy and teenage hormone somewhere her family will never be able to find. She'll die of embarrassment if that picture ever see daylight but for some reason could never bring herself to destroy it. Maybe because of the effort she put in it.

Naruto greeted Neji who was finally relieved of his babysitting duty, "Hey! You're free!"

Neji grunted, "Hn,"

Naruto looked at him and then at the Uchiha brothers before nodding, "We have 'hn' squad assembled," He looked at Hinata, "I guess it's just you and me for the normal speech team,"

Sasuke argued, "I don't grunt all the time,"

Naruto looked at him, "I don't know Sasuke. I think the language of grunts run through your family,"

Itachi chuckled, "Not our Kaa-san though,"

Naruto nodded, "Ah...just the men?"

Itachi grinned as he nodded, "Just the men,"

Sasuke glared at his brother something nasty. Hinata wondered what that was about before walking closer to Naruto, brushing shoulders with Sasuke. The Uchiha turned dark glaring eyes at her and Hinata was thoroughly confused by his hostility. She was so distracted that her foot got caught by a root and she stumbled. Naruto was quick to catch her, "Hinata! You okay?"

Hinata was red from head to toe as this was the closest she's been with Naruto and gulped, nodding as she couldn't perform the simple task of articulating her thoughts for her brain was running around like the building was on fire and the little Hinatas can't find their way out. Naruto's voice rumbled through his chest like a cat's purr as he chuckled, "Don't faint on me now,"

She straightened her body quietly, tugging her captured foot loose of the naughty root while Naruto let her use his body to stabilize. She felt sad that she had to let him go. He felt nice to hug.

The group continue on after that and Hinata couldn't help but notice how Sasuke seemed to be in an even fouler mood than before. But then she was distracted by Naruto asking Itachi about this plant or other that caught his interest. Itachi didn't really know everything but he can still recognize a few. Hinata smiled at the sight. She was right, Naruto made for a handsome elf.

Meanwhile Sasuke was cursing Itachi in a thousand and one different ways. His eyes glared at his older brother, wondering what the idiot was doing with Naruto. He thought he only need to worry about Hinata. Not only is she a girl, which seemed to be Naruto's preferred gender, but she seemed to have a magnetic pull with the blond. Just wrestling Naruto's attention from her would be a battle on its own but now he has to worry about his brother too?!!

He eyeballed Itachi, mentally asking the man; what was he thinking getting comfy with his crush?

Itachi shrugged back, mentally answering; he was just being a good host. Also, Sasuke should step up his game if he was worried that Naruto would fall for Itachi instead.
