Lexi, Jesse, Samantha, and his band all went to a Cabin in Lake Tahoe as a celebration of their return.
Lexi was sat between Kendra and Leila, two members of Jesse's band. Currently, they were listening to the song 'Love Machine'. After the song finished, everyone clapped.
"What do you say? Let's drink a toast to the return of our man Jesse, and his wonderful daughter Lexi." One of the members of his band rose up a cup, as did the rest of the group.
"And... a toast to my escape from romper room." Jesse added and Lexi fake laughed she really wasn't that thrilled to leave but had to stay happy for her dad.
"To you paying for the cabin!" The same band member teased, causing everyone to laugh.
"Fellas, let's hit the slopes!" Jesse announced. Everyone in the cabin got ready to head out, but Lexi was quietly sitting by herself. "Lex, you coming?" Jesse asked.
"Nah, you guys go. I'm okay." Lexi waved off her dad.
"We'll stay with her, Jess." Kendra assured him and thanked them then left to go ski.
Lexi sat on the sofa next to Leila. The two women immediately noticed how upset she was.
"You alright, Lex?" Kendra touched her shoulder, catching her attention.
"Uh.. yeah." She smiled fakely. Truth was she missed her cousins, and Uncle Danny, even Joey. She thought getting away was for the best, but I guess it wasn't.
Lexi was chatting with Kendra and Leila when the phone rang "I'll get it!" Leila got up and answered the phone.
"Uh, I need to speak to Jesse Katsoplis. This is his niece, D.J Tanner."
"Jesse's still out skiing." Leila informed DJ.
"Is Lexi there?"
"Yeah, she's here." Leila gestured for Lexi to come over to her "it's for you."
"Hello?" Lexi put the receiver to her ear.
"Lexi!" DJ yelled, catching Lexi off guard. "Michelle's sick and she's coughing real bad. Here, listen." There was a bit of silence till a cough was heard on the other end "See? The baby's coughing really loud. Now you and your dad are the only one's who can get her to take her cough medicine. Promise me you'll tell him."
"I will Deej. Thanks for calling." Lexi hung up the phone and immediately became concerned for Michelle.
"What's up?" Kendra inquired to the girl.
"My baby cousins sick." Lexi told them and went back to sit on the couch.
"Oh. I'm sorry Lex." Leila rubbed her back.
"It's okay, hopefully my dad will let us go and check on her." Lexi smiled trying to make the best out of this situation.
Once Jesse finally came back Lexi immediately got up and ran towards "Dad, the family just called Michelle's sick we gotta go back!" Lexi told her dad.
