DJ and Lexi were in a pickle because they had Project due tomorrow and they forgot to do so they went to ask Jesse and Joey for help.
"Guys, you gotta help Lex and I with our science homework, we're desperate." DJ informed the two.
"Sorry DJ and Lexi, you'll have to wait until later. Uncle Jesse and Joey are under tremendous pressure." Stephanie told her older cousin and sister.
"Please, we really need your help. We have to build some kind of homemade thingy to drop an egg two stories without breaking it." Lexi explained.
"And it's due tomorrow." DJ mentioned.
"Tomorrow?" Jesse questioned "Your teacher only gave you one day to this homemade thingy?" Jesse inquired.
"Well, he gave us a little more than a day." Lexi chuckled fiddling with her fingers not wanting to admit the truth to her dad.
"How little more?" Joey queried and DJ glanced over at Lexi.
"Maybe a day or two or...20." DJ mumbled and Lexi smiles sweetly.
"Twenty? You had 20 days to do this and you waited till the last minute, young ladies?" Jesse put his hands on his hips.
"Technically the last minute isn't until 8:59 tomorrow morning." Lexi corrected.
"You gotta start thing about law school, honey." Jesse furrowed his eyebrows.
"Guys, if we fail this science project we won't get out of the 6th grade." DJ whimpered "Oh come on, Joey, please, please, please, pretty please." DJ clung to his shoulder.
"Well, okay." Joey stood up placing down his note pad.
"Oh, sure go right to Mr. Softy. Joesph, we don't have time to be dropping eggs. Now, we gotta concentrate on this jingle. Now I'm gonna sit down right now and come up with a great idea." Jesse sat down and couldn't think of anything.
"Dad, don't you want me pass the 6th grade." Lexi pouted.
"Let's help the kids." Jesse gave in as he couldn't think of anything anyway."
"Great idea." DJ held Joeys hand and Lexi held Jesses.

DJ and Lexi then came upstairs and Stephanie was standing hula-hooping.
"Steph, look out. We have work to do." DJ bumped into Stephanie knocking her hula-hoop on the ground.
