Lexi was in DJs room as the two were working on stuff for the school newspaper. Lexi was basically trying to do anything to get her mind off Noah she talked to DJ about doing the school newspaper.
"Wanna play?" Michelle asked DJ and Lexi in a very loud voice.
"Sorry cutie, not right now." Lexi gave her soft smile, and then turned back to her work.
"But you're my favorite sister and cousin." Michelle pleaded, this really caught their attention.
"Really? I'm your favorite sister?" DJ grinned, putting down her pencil, "that's so sweet. But Lex and I are kind of busy right now. Today, they made me editor of the school newspaper and Lexi's finishing her section. What do you think of your favorite sister and cousin now?"
"Eh." Michelle flicked her wrist at them unimpressed.
"Hey, babes." Stephanie entered the room.
"Hey, Steph." The two teens greeted her.
Michelle then went over to Stephanie. "Wanna play? You're my favorite sister." Michelle repeated the same thing from earlier.
"I am? Really? Did you hear that, DJ?" Stephanie smiled wide at her older sister.
"Don't get used to it." Lexi stated, and turned back to her paper.
"Let's play shadow." Michelle suggested.
"No, thank you." Stephanie shook her head.
"'No, thank you.'" Michelle repeated after her.
"I said, 'No, thank you.'" Stephanie clarified.
"I said, 'No, thank you.'"
"Okay."
"'Okay.'"
"I'll do anything Stephanie says."
"I'll do anything Stephy says."
"Stephy says stop playing."
"Stephy says stop playing."
"It was worth a shot." Stephanie shrugged in defeat.
"It was a worth a shot."
"Here. I finished my section. All the latest fashion." Lexi pushed the paper in front of her.
DJ skimmed it over and seemed satisfied, "this is really good. You should be a writer, Lexi." DJ smiled.
