The photo up top is kinda what I was thinking for her dress for Halloween. Obviously you can change it to how you see fit. ~~~
Turns out, talking to Slughorn proves to be quite challenging for Josie. Despite her efforts to find a moment to approach him, he always seems busy after class. So she has no choice but to patiently wait until Friday, when she finally sees an opportunity to speak with him. The long wait only serves to heighten her nerves inexplicably.
On that anticipated Friday, Josie seizes her chance.
"Regulus, can you please excuse me? I need to talk to Professor Slughorn," she requests, noticing Regulus waiting by the door. He wears a curious expression but complies with her request and leaves.
Approaching the professor's location, Josie finds herself standing before him.
"Sir, I was hoping to ask you about one of your past students," she begins, nervously picking at her nails.
"Of course, my dear. We can discuss it in my office," Slughorn responds, leading her to a separate room.
His office, as expected, exudes Slughorn's unique sense of decoration, which can be described as charming in its own way.
Entering the room, the professor settles comfortably onto one of the many couches, motioning for Josie to join him.
With some hesitation, Josephine makes her way to the sofa, positioning herself as far away from him as possible.
Clearing her throat, she continues, "Recently, I discovered some intriguing information about a former member of your club. However, I've been unable to find much about him after he left Hogwarts."
Slughorn nods in encouragement, signaling her to go on.
"The student in question is named Tom Riddle," she reveals.
The professor visibly flinches, and his eyes widen, revealing a strong reaction to the name.
Noticing his uneasy response, Josie's curiosity piques even further. Slughorn must know something about Tom Riddle.
With a shaky smile, Slughorn attempts to dismiss her, saying, "I think I have a meeting now, actually. I'll answer your question... later."
Refusing to be deterred, Josie crosses her arms and leans further into the couch, determined to uncover the truth.
"Well, now you've piqued my interest. You have to tell me who he was," she insists firmly.
Slughorn's shaky smile fades, and he hesitates before replying, "I believe it would be best if you left."
Unyielding in her quest for knowledge, Josie stands her ground and declares, "Fine, if you won't tell me, I'll find out for myself." With that, she walks out of the office, feeling frustrated by the encounter.
