Ray walked through Times Square, hoping to find a job after the disastrous Alberto Pizzeria fiasco had left her unemployed. She pulled her hands into her white hoodie and retrieved a list of stores she hoped were still hiring. "First store on the list is the Guitar Center," she muttered to herself, scanning the area in search of the store.
As she looked around, her eyes widened in surprise when she spotted a familiar tank nearby. "It can't be," she said to herself. Ray approached the tank and knocked on the door, hearing a familiar voice from inside. "Shh, who's that?" Leo whispered to his brothers. Mikey responded, "I dunno, maybe a salesman?" Donnie chimed in, "Michael, salesmen only visit houses."
"I can hear you guys," Ray laughed, as the door opened to reveal the three turtles. "Heyo," she greeted them with a smile and a wave. They quickly grabbed her and pulled her inside the tank. "What are you guys doing?" Ray asked, intrigued by their unexpected presence.
"We're buying a robe for Splinter," Donnie informed her. Mikey added, "Yes, our night terrors end today, baby!"
"But out in the day?" Ray questioned, gesturing to the turtles. "Especially with this whole situation."
"That's why Raph is out there in the hippo suit," Leo explained, watching Raph through the tank's periscope.
"Oh, okay...WAIT! WHAT!" Ray exclaimed, feeling alarmed by the revelation.
"Is that Ray?" Raph's voice came through the communication link
"Is he gonna be okay?" Ray asked, concerned for Raph's predicament.
"He'll pull it off because if he doesn't, I'll have to pull my eyes out," Mikey assured her.
Donnie received a video text from April and opened it. It showed a cute animation of a hippo with a turtle head, popping out cookies from it's butt. "April's memes are so lit!" Mikey exclaimed.
"You know, I never thought I'd enjoy cookies coming out of butts, but turns out I do," Donnie chuckled.
"You got this, bud. Now go get that robe. Our night terrors end today," Leo encouraged, seeing that Raph was standing in front of the store.
However, Raph suddenly realized he had lost his wallet. Panic set in as he frantically searched for it, asking people if they had seen a wallet with a skull on it and a Teddy Bear Town frequent buyer card inside.
"Did he just say he lost his wallet?" Donnie asked, bewildered.
"No!" Raph denied, whispering to a couple passing by, "Have you seen my lost money?"
"You did lose it," Donnie stated, overhearing Raph's whisper.
"Oh no," Mikey groaned, sensing trouble.
"Well, you better find it," Leo said firmly.
Ray chimed in, "You know, you can always ask me to buy things for you guys."
"As much as we appreciate your generous offer, we worked hard for this and we are not failing now," Leo explained.
"Why does a hippo have pockets?" Mikey pondered.
"Do not tell me you lost it in the lair," Donnie said, worried about the possibility.
The brothers bombarded Raph with questions, increasing his stress levels. "Stop talking! STOP TALKING!" Raph shouted in frustration. In his agitated state, he accidentally bumped into something, causing the head of the hippo suit to come off.
"He's exposed!" Ray exclaimed, realizing the situation.
"Start the tank! Start the tank!" Mikey urged
