Ray and April were deeply engrossed in their computer science project when Ray quietly asked April, "When's Don gonna get here?"
April grinned, knowing their tech enthusiast friend well, and replied, "Knowing him, he'll probably show up sooner than later."
Sure enough, Donnie arrived in his usual quirky style, whispering, "Psst, April, Ray," as he tossed three ninja stars into the air with the words "I'm here!!" written on them. The two girls looked up and saw Donnie perched on top of some lights before he gracefully landed in a nearby chair.
"Hi, Donnie. Thanks for coming," April greeted him warmly.
"No probbles. I love this place," Donnie responded with enthusiasm. He took a deep breath and remarked, "Smells like learning and puberty. So, what do you need help with?"
"Our computer science project. We just need you to check the code to make sure we haven't missed anything," Ray explained.
Donnie eagerly wheeled over to inspect the code, but his attention soon drifted elsewhere. He muttered to himself, "You don't know how lucky you are to be in school. Surrounded by true intellectuals. Scholars after my own heart, resplendent in gorgeous purple satin jackets... Wait! What?!"
"Purple satin jackets? The shimmering sheen, the exquisite violet hue, the silkiness of the fabric! It has everything I love, and even things I didn't know I loved yet-"
April interrupted his daydream, saying, "Donnie, if you drool in here, something's gonna short circuit."
Donnie snapped back to reality and exclaimed, "They must be the kings and queens of high school!"
Ray couldn't help but roll her eyes at his statement. "The Purple Dragons Tech Club? They're nothing but jerks who think they're smarter than everyone," she remarked.
"Oh, that's what I was hoping you'd say!" Donnie cheered.
"Did you not listen to me?" Ray asked incredulously.
Meanwhile, in the world of virtual reality, the dragons were plotting their next move. "Okay, let's run the Nakamura simulation. Try not to get caught this time," Kendra instructed.
Jase put on his VR goggles and confidently typed away, declaring, "Ha! I'm in! I bypassed the security protocols."
"Nice work, Jase! Let's take him down a peg," Kendra whispered to Jermey.
"You got it, chief," Jeremy responded, manipulating the virtual environment. Suddenly, Jase started screaming about dogs and received an electric shock.
Kendra and Jeremy burst into laughter and exchanged a secret high-five.
Back in the real world, Donnie couldn't contain his excitement as he asked, "Oh, my gosh, did you see that?"
Ray deadpanned, "Jase getting electrocuted?"
April chimed in, "What? That whack high five?"
Donnie, unfazed, replied, "Nay, fair April. A secret five, evocative of the golden ratios of the cosmos. Superior minds, glorious jackets. April, Ray, I'm joining this club."
"You're what now?" April asked, her shock evident.
Ray sighed and muttered, "I fear this is going to end badly."
"Greetings, tech enthusiasts. I'd like to introduce you to the newest member of your club. Wait for it. Here he comes. It's me," Donnie declared proudly as he introduced himself to the Purple Dragons Tech Club. Kendra, who had momentarily paused her activities with Jase, glanced over at the turtle.
