Chapter 2: moving forward

I wake up to find me lying on Peeta's lap. I immediately scrambled to my feet.
"Dude what the hell!" I hiss. "Hello, Katniss." Peeta says.
"Dude, don't you remember. I don't remember you! Back off." I shout as I walk away.
"Woah. What was that all about?" I hear finnick say in the distance. I wait for a bit then i start to feel bad. So I turn around and walk back slowly.
"Finnick." I whine. "I wanna go now."
"Katniss, all of your relatives want to see how you are. You can't just leave without saying goodbye to them. They care about you....as well as your...family." Says Peeta. "Shut your mouth." I hiss. "Katniss he's right." Finnick intrupts.
"I don't care." I fold my arms signalling I'm getting angry. "What's gotten into you?" Peeta asks.
"Quit the act Peeta!" I shout.
"No you!" I replies.
"You don't even know me." I retort.
Peeta sighs defeated as I watch Finnick go into the house. Peeta follows and I'm left standing outside. I let my arms fall to my sides and huff loudly.

"Guys!" I yell as I enter their house. "Did I pass out or was it just me?"
"Everdeen how much cra..I mean stuff do you have! There's like 10 suitcases up here!" I'm guessing that was Peeta.
"Let's go!" I whine. Finnick and Peeta rush down the stairs, to two suitcases each.
"For the record there's only four cases." I say sarcastic. "Katniss call a cab. Peeta go outside." Finnick orders. I call the cab. Once o hang up How Peeta is walking outside not struggling with the cases at all. And then there's Finnick whose losing balance and crashing into walls a lot.
"Katniss I know your hurting. But don't take it out on Peeta. And don't leave yet." Finnick says.
"Look I know your just doing your job Your my cousin. And if we leave now I will call everyone on the train. Look I know it's weird that in leaving so soon, it's just if I'm gonna move on. I've got to do it now. Or I'm gonna sit here forever." Finnick hugs me and then Peeta walks in.
"Cabs here." He mutters.
"Okay I'll be right out." Finnick and Peeta nod understanding that I want want to say my goodbyes.
I scan the house making sure I didn't leave anything important. And then I find a piece of paper and a pen and wrote I note to the people who will Inherit and move into the house. They are my mum and dads best friends. Once I'm finished writing I put the key on the front table. And walk out and close the door. I silent say goodbye not just to the house but to the memories.

I get in the back seat of the cab unfortunately that's next to mellark.
"Where do you want to go?" The driver asks. I'm about to say the train station and then Finnick says "The airport."
"Finnick why we going there?" I ask as the car starts to move.
"Because where flying to the capital in my private plane." He says like he's staying the obvious. I look at Peeta and he seems to be acting normal about this.
"Am I the only one surprised here?" Finnick and Peeta just laugh.
"Wait till we get there Katniss. You'll see." Peeta says as he stares put the window of the cab.

And it's not long before we are on the plane. I now wish I stayed in district 12 longer. I wish I stayed. Said goodbye to everyone.
"Excuse me." I whisper as I get up from my seat and head towards the bathroom on the plane. I go to the girls bathroom and stare in the mirror. I get out my phone. I'm about to hit the call button on the first relative that I have to call. And I brake down. This is the moment when prim would of came in and told everything would we alright but she's not here. And I need her. I stand there silently crying for a while before Peeta comes in.
"Go away mellark." I say through my tears.
"No Katniss I'm not going anywhere. You okay?" He replies.
While wing away my tears I face him.
"Never better." I say.
"Look I know you don't like me." He begins.
"Peeta I hate you." I state.
"Why?"
"Well for starters, I don't know you. Second, you keep acting like you know everything about me. And lastly, I'm a different person and having you in my life, WHO I DONT REMEMBER WY THE WAY, will just be another person that's on gonna hurt." He look startled at what I just said.
"Look I'm sorry, but I wanna be friends like we used to be." He says.
"But I thought it hurt to much?" I say mockingly.
"It does...but I can deal with that, and when you get your memory back,"
"If!" I correct him.
"Then we will be better friends then ever."
"Mellark I need space." I say.
"You wanna play that game?" He says.
"No it's just I don't know what's wrong with me. One minute your a decent person and the next I want to rip your head off 'cause I hate you." I admit. Peeta laughs then acts all serious.
"Fine we won't be friends. "And this is war."
"Mellark!" I call after him as we walks out the bathroom.
"We are not done talking."

Well that's was confusing. I'm not currently at war with sir one I don't know. Just way I need after the day I had. And that's when I decide to call a couple of people. Hearing there voices really cheer me up. All they kept was that they are hear for me. And that's what I really need right now. Then after the 7th call I decide that's it's enough for one day and head back to where Finnick is.

I take my seat by the window with Finnick opposite me, when Mellark comes over and sits beside me. He smiles at Finnick then he looks at me and all I get is a cold glare.
"How long till we get off this jet plane thingy of yours?" I ask.
"8 hours." Finnick shrugs.
"Seriously!" I say loosing patients.

I keep staring out the window and before I know it my eyes are dropping and I'm asleep.

I wake up in someone's arms. And I don't open my eyes I just keep still. I'm not on the ground. Who on earth is carrying me. I open my eye a tiny bit.
"Mellark, why you carrying me?" I say sleepily while laughing. I looks down at me laughing and shakes his head.
"Everdeen I would appear you fell asleep on my shoulder and we landed in the capital. And right now where just walking off the plain.
"Mellark." I say.
"Yes?" He replies.
"Put me down." I say. He takes his hands away from under my legs and I almost fall to the ground. But Mellark stops me. I gain balance then speak.
"Don't do that again." I try to hide the fact I'm laughing and walk down the steps and off the plain. It's very very warm. I get to the bottom step and follow Finnick into a cab.
"Where's my stuff?" I ask him as Mellark gets in the car.
"In the back. Flight attendants already did it." He says.
"What are you like rich or something?" I ask.
"Guess you find out." He replies.

So This is the second chapter hope you liked it. The weather in the capital is like America always hot. But the capital don't have hurricanes or bad storms but they have snow.

Just thought I should clear that up

And also Finnick and Peeta are rich Finnick's family own and famous hotel and Peeta is a famous music artist.
