ANASTASIA I had waited about an hour for Dominic to come back to the party. He claimed he was going out to grab more drinks, but he has yet to return.
Did I do or say something wrong? I sure hope not..
After waiting so long, I decided to jump my drunk ass in the pool where a lot of my party goers were. About five minutes after I had jumped into the pool, there was Kehlani floating in the pool right behind me.
"Shit! You scared the shit out of me, Lani. I didn't even know you were in here."
"I have a way with sneaking up on people. What's wrong? You seem a little bit upset for it to be your birthday."
"I'm pretty sure my boyfriend ditched me. He told me about an hour ago that he would be right back. He claimed he was getting more drinks but never came back yet."
"Guys can be such idiots. No offense."
Kehlani chuckled, floating closer to me. My eyes glanced all up and down at her body, noticing that her body was practically all filled with tattoos.
"You have so many tattoos. None of them hurt to get?"
"Eh, my very first ones maybe. But as I kept going, I just got addicted to the art of it and the feeling of it. Tattoos are kinda my self expression. Well, besides music that is."
"I don't know how you did it. I would be terrified. My pain tolerance is not very high at all. I've always wanted one, but I'm such a pussy."
"It's really not that bad as you think it is. Maybe one day, we can have a tattoo day and get tatted with each other."
Kehlani chuckled, looking me up and down as if she was checking me out.
Or maybe she WAS checking me out. My drunk ass couldn't really tell the difference.
"Yeah, maybe.. so do you have a boyfriend?"
"Boyfriend? Girl, please! I do not do men.. I do strictly women."
Kehlani smirked. Well yeah, that made perfect sense.. she didn't seem like the type that would have a boyfriend anyways.
"Really? How did you know you that you were a lesbian?"
"How did you know you were straight?"
"Damn.. sorry if I offended you."
"Nah, I'm just playing! You didn't offend me, I'm joking! After a while of trying to date men, I just didn't feel anything anymore. But with women, I feel everything. Men just don't do it for me like women do."
Kehlani shrugged, staring me up and down once more. Okay, now I know I wasn't tripping. I might've been drunk, but she definitely WAS checking me out..
And I know I was drunk, but for some reason, I actually found her a slight bit cute. But I never tried anything with a girl before, not even a kiss...
"Oh, okay.. I guess that makes sense.."
"Tell me more about you. What's it like being the world's greatest R&B star but also a mom at the end of the day?"
Oh wow. Someone who actually asks about my career AND being a mom in a polite way. Cool.
"It's great. I do admit hiding him for so long was fucked up. But now that I actually have him with me, I feel like nothing can defeat me..."
My words trailed off as I noticed that Kehlani's breasts were now pressed up against mine. I started to get a slight bit nervous, but I managed to keep my cool.
"I love that for you.. I just have another question for you.."
"Which is..?"
"Have you ever tried anything with a girl? Like anything at all? I know a lot of girls who think you're fucking sexy.. including me.."
Kehlani then licked her lips, pushing her face closer to mine. I gulped in nervousness, shaking my head.
"No.. I've always just been with guys.."
"Would you ever be willing to try something with a girl? Maybe someone like me? I promise I would take good care of you.."
"I'm not sure. But even if I was, I'm with Dominic. I don't wanna cheat on him. We're just actually getting started with things..."
"And what if we just said this was one drunken night? I mean, come on; it's your birthday. Don't you wanna have at least a little bit of fun on your birthday..?"
Kehlani smirked, running her hands down to my ass, as she pulled me into a wet and sloppy kiss. Which caught me by a huge surprise. I was even more surprised when I felt myself actually kissing her back.
"Keh..."
"Do you wanna go find a room? You know, make this a little more private for you..?"
"I, uh.. yeah, sure.."
My nervousness grew more as Kehlani grabbed onto my arm, guiding me into the house and upstairs to a private room. She locked the door behind us after we both came in.
"Are you sure you wanna do this? I don't wanna make you feel like you have to. And especially if you're drunk —"
"I - I wanna try it.. I wanna try something new, something out of my comfort zone.."
"Okay, good.. I promise you this will all be our little secret."
