ALEXIS "I don't understand why I have to do this! It's already clear that Dominic doesn't want me back!"
It's been a while now since Dominic and I have officially been over. His manager Charles recently contacted me about trying to get Dominic back by the time his tour with Anastasia is over.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still head over heels for Dominic. But I'm not going to be wasting all of my time begging for him to come back if he doesn't want me anymore.
"It's apart of the stunt, Alexis. It's gotten way farther than what it was supposed to. Maria and I didn't actually think they were going to fall for each other."
"Whose fault is that?! You and Maria, not mine! If Dominic wanted me back by now, he would've gotten me back!"
"Alexis, please.. we'll even pay you. We didn't want this thing between the two of them getting this far. Just think about it, and let me know."
"Goodbye, Charles."
I snarled and hung up the phone. Who do these people think I am?
But then again, having MY man back wouldn't be such a bad thing..
I went through my phone, dialing Dominic's number. My heart dropped when I heard his voice as he answered the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Dom..."
"Alexis? Are you really STILL calling me? I thought we discussed this already? You don't want me back, and I don't want you back."
"Why do I have to be calling because I want you back? We can't be just friends now?"
"No. Because I don't ever believe in being just friends with an ex. It's not possible."
"Well, I do. I promise, I just wanna be friendly again. I miss our friendship. I don't talk to anybody anymore after we broke up. I just want that friendship in you again. I swear."
"Alexis.."
"Please, Dom. You're my best friend. I didn't wanna lose both my boyfriend and my best friend."
"Ugh.. if I agree, will you stop bugging me about it?"
"Yes. I promise I'll stop bugging you."
"Okay, well we can be friends again. If you will excuse me, I'm kinda busy right now. I'm rehearsing one last time before I have to start soundcheck."
"Okay, sorry. I'll talk to you later on or something?"
"Yeah, something like that."
Dominic then hung up the phone quickly. I smirked to myself and laid back onto my bed.
Maybe I have a shot at winning him back after all.. right?
