After getting off the phone with Dominic, I ended up calling back Charles to tell him that I was in on this whole plan. He kept offering me money for it, but instead I told him to just use that money to fly me down to wherever Dominic is at this second.

And he did. So Boston, Massachusetts it was.

Once I landed, Charles sent me over the address to Dominic's hotel that he was staying at along with his room number. Once I got to the room, I nervously took a breath and knocked on the door.

It took a few seconds for him to come and answer the door.

"Alexis? What are you doing here?"

"Hey, Dom! I just thought I would come out and see tonight's show since I was already in town for something work related. I have the night off, and I heard you were in town for the tour."

I had to lie in order to make it look less sketchy as if I was apart of any plans. Dominic raised his eyebrows at me but didn't think anything of it.

"That's cool. I thought you were still back home. The show that's back home is the last show on tour. I thought you would come to that one."

"Eh, I wanted to see what the hype was quicker than that. Can I come in?"

"Oh, yeah. Come in, I'm finishing getting ready."

Dominic ruffled his brown curls a little bit while letting me completely into his hotel room. I smiled and took a seat on the bed.

"Look at you, living like a rockstar. How has tour life been so far?"

"It's been pretty cool. It's only been the first few days, so I'll see how it turns out to be the entire time. How's life for you been?"

"It's been okay. Just working and such. Nothing much, my life isn't as exciting as yours. Going on world wide tours, selling albums, dating one of the most famous super stars in this generation."

"Eh, you would think dating America's sweetheart would come way easier than this."

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"Forget it. I'm talking entirely too much already."

"No, it's okay. You can talk to me, I'm listening."

"It's just.. ever since her kid has came into the picture, she's been acting crazy. I mean, I did ditch her at her own birthday party. But that's because there was other shit on my mind. I couldn't stay there that whole night, knowing the truth of everything."

"What's the truth of everything?"

"That our relationship is basically just until this tour is over. After we finish, we basically just go back to being friends like we were before. And that hurts me, because I really care for Anastasia. And I wanted to see where this could've taken us, I was so invested. And I know this was only supposed to be for publicity, but now my real feelings are involved. It's going to break my heart when we have to break up."

Dominic explained, pouring his heart out to me and taking a seat next to me. Apart of me genuinely felt bad for Dominic, because I hated seeing him so upset. But then the other part of me didn't feel bad, because this is their karma.

Anastasia stole something that was mine, and now I'm here to get it back. But for the sake of the plan, I just had to sit back and listen to him whine about a girl I couldn't stand.

"I know it's hard, Dom. But who knows, maybe this is meant to be. This might be hard to hear, but maybe Anastasia isn't the right one for you. Don't you think that this could be a little too much? You're dealing with a girl with a six year old child. After a while, she's going to stop giving you so much attention. She has a young child, and children always come first. On top of her being super famous. I don't think a relationship is very good for her either."

"Do you really think it's going to end up like that?"

"I'm almost extremely certain that it will. I know too many single parents, and it always ends up happening to them. Especially if they have any kids under age twelve. If they were older than okay, but most kids under that age still need lots of attention."

"Shit.. that's the last thing I wanted.."

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. He looked out of the peep hole then turned back to me.

"It's Anastasia."
