"Sebastian!" Ciel finally yelled, breaking the tight hold of his demon butler's black tendrils coiling around his body. "Bastard! Let go of me! This instant! I command you!!" The boy's voice had assumed his usual authoritative tone and clarity of mind. He had managed to face his inner demon's wearing familiar faces, beat them and now he was back to reality a hundred percent... no more hiding and weeping.

The demon could do nothing more than obey and draw back in his body all of his blackness with which he had encompassed the frightened boy in an effort to shock him to sense or... devour him. Who can really know? He lied Ciel softly on the mattress and turned back to his so attractive and misleading human form, hiding once again the real beast he was.

"Blast! I have never had a wake-up call as horrid as this in my life!! You dare perpetrate such a vile act on your master, do you? Well, Sebastian?" Ciel yelled at his butler having found himself again.

"Ah, alas... Please forgive me." Sebastian said as his voice was turning back to the familiar and pleasant one, that of the human butler. "You were just far too soundly asleep. Good morning... my lord." He finally said kneeling in obedience in front of the little Earl.

They remained like that staring at each other and smirking in mutual understanding, until Ciel planted a hard kick on the butler's shoulder surprising him a little but failing to move him even an inch.

"You were about to devour me in all deadly earnest just now." The boy said very successfully mimicking the butler's supposedly sad expression, clearly mocking him.

"Oh no, not at all. I was only perhaps ninety per cent earnest." Sebastian stated unfazed smiling cheerfully. "Mister Tanaka had asked that I hold off taking drastic measures, so I was merely watching and waiting but... since you continued to throw tantrums befitting a mewling babe, I could not help myself." He explained in a so humbly manner.

"What kind of servant attempts to eat his master with an excuse of 'I could not help myself'? You bloody devil." Ciel kicked him again in a reprimanding manner.

"Indeed. I am a devil... and a butler." Sebastian said bowing again and then chuckled lightly, as his master left a scornful sigh, glaring at him the way a master would look at his misbehaving servant. "So? What caused you to behave in that manner, young master?" He then asked, placing the boy's eye patch back in its place.

"Well... I would like to address the rest of the staff as well. Send for them." The young master ordered and Sebastian went to the door.

Ciel did not notice the demon walking a little shaky or grabbing the door handle slightly impatient, like he was trying to finish the task at hand because he needed to be somewhere else. Sebastian sighed slightly relieved, when opening the door revealed the servants tumbling on the floor in a heap of bodies, as they were pushing themselves on the locked door trying to listen to what was going inside. They started explaining themselves and the reason for that behaviour, Finny was crying due to the pain on his back caused by the weight of the others and Mey-Rin was begging Sebastian to never get cross or angry with them.

"You really are such a boisterous lot..." Ciel said coolly.

That statement made Finny instantly forget his pain, push himself up from the floor, sending the others tumble away and run to the boy with an evident desire to hug him and make sure he was fine, while tears of happiness were streaming from his eyes. Sebastian grabbed him from the back of his collar right on time and effortlessly lifted him up in the air; Finny still running his legs.

"Yes, yes. Stop right there. Do you intend to send the young master straight back to bed when he has finally pulled around?" The butler reminded the blond boy who immediately pulled back, terrified at the thought he could cause harm to his master.
