Chand, sitare, phool, parinde,
sham, sawera ek taraf hai,
Sari duniya, uska charba,
uska chehra ek taraf
Woh larh kar bhi so jaye,
toh uska matha chumu main
Ussey mohabbat ek taraf hai,
ussey jhagra ek taraf.
Woh jis shey par ungli rakh de,
usko woh dilwani hai
Uski khushiya sabse awwal,
Sasta mehenga ek taraf
Zakhm pe marham lagwana lekin uske hatho se
Chara saji ek taraf hai,
uska chhuna ek taraf
Sari duniya jo bhi bole,
sab kuch shor sharaba hai
Sabka kehna ek taraf hai,
uska kehna ek taraf•••
There was a carnival in the outskirts of the city where Ayat wanted to go. Happily, Hanan took her there. Parking the bike in the parking, he holds her hand and brought her close to him. It was little crowded on the entrance.
As they entered the carnival, the loud music welcomed and chattering them. A group of teenagers passes by them, almost bumping into Ayat, who scarily holds Hanan's arm.
"Kaha chalogi pehle?" He removed her hand off from his arm, and wrapped his arm around her, and asked.
(Where do you want to go first?)
Excitedly, Ayat looked around, trying to figure out where to go first.
"Momos." Smiling, she turned to him.
"Bhukkad!" With his other hand, he ruffle her hair, and earned a smack from her. He was asking about rides, but food was her first destination.
"Bhaiyya, do plate momos." Ayat told the vendor, showing him two fingers to make it easy for him to understand through the loud music. The vendor nods his head and started putting hot steaming momos in plate.
(Brother, give me two plate of momos.)
"Main nahi khaunga." Hanan shouted over the loud music.
(I won't eat.)
Ayat narrowed her eyes at him for refusing momos. "Bhaiyya, ek hi plate kar dijiye." Vendor nods his head and passed her a plate of momos.
(Brother, make only one.)
As soon as Ayat took it, she put one in her mouth. It was hot, which burned her mouth, circling her lips, she started blowing in air, while waving her hand.
"Aram se! Tumhara hi hai koi aur nahi lega." Hanan scolded her, while taking the plate away from her.
(Be careful! It is yours only, no one else will eat it.)
"Garam hai." Ayat's eyes brimmed with tears, as she put her hand over her mouth and mumbles.
(It's hot.)
"Zahir hai." Hanan took her hand and made her sit on the nearby, where few chairs and tables were.
(Obviously.)
