"Aapi, hum apke sath so Jaye?" Ayat entered Ayla's room with her pillow and comforter and asked while standing on doorway

(Can I sleep here?)

Ayla was doing her assignments, she raised her head to look and again looked at her notes

"Kyu? Apke kamre mein chuha Hai Kya?" She asked Ayat

(Why? Is there a mouse in your room?)

Chuha! This word brought some memories in Ayat's mind

Whenever she used to go in Shahzain's portion,Hanan would loudly called his mother. "Mummy, Ghar mein chuhiya agayi Hai."

Or how he used to bother her. "Chuhiya, mere liye chai banao." Like she is his maid

Thinking about Hanan made her cringe as she looked at Ayla with a pout

"Aapi, aap to Hume chuhiya na bulaye." Ayat complained

(At least you don't call me mouse.)

"Ayat, hum.... Hum apko chuhiya nahi bula rahe the." Ayla looked Ayat, who was still standing on doorway and said, trying hard to suppress her smile

(I... I wasn't calling you mouse.)

Her intention wasn't to call Ayat mouse, but she found it cute how easily Ayat get irritates with the word mouse

Ayat just humph, not liking Ayla's smiles, she knew what's going on in her sister's mind, but she ignored it. Ayat went to Ayla's bed, placing her pillow on right side and throwing Ayla's comforter away from there

"Waise apko humare kamre mein kyu Sona Hai?" Ayla shook her head at Ayat and got busy in her assignments again, while asking her

(Why do you want to sleep in my room?)

"Hume neend nahi arahi apne kamre mein." Ayat mumbled,

(I can't sleep in my room.)

"Kyu?"

(Why?)

"Hume Kya maloom?"

(I don't know.)

"Arey, koi reason to hoga, maybe you are thinking something, maybe you have headache or pain somewhere in your body or...." Ayla turned her full attention to Ayat, holding a pen between her fingers as she played with it and waiting for Ayat's answer

(There must be some reason.)

"I'm feeling weird," Ayat replied to Ayla while looking at the ceiling

"Weird? As if?" Ayla raised her eyebrow

"I don't know... A really weird sensation in my stomach like millions of particles are jumping there." Saying this Ayat sat up and faced Ayla, while holding her stomach, she could still feel that, and this feeling was making it hard for her to sleep

"Aur Dil aise dhak dhak dhak Kar rahe Hai jaise abhi bahar nikal ayega." Holding her heart, Ayat said then act as if her heart will get out from her mouth

(And my heart is beating so loud that it would get out any moment.)

"Indeed those are very weird symptoms." Ayla laughed at her act and said

"Humara mazak na banaiye." Ayat got offend by her laugh

(I'm not joking.)

"Achha, sorry! Lekin yeh weird tumhe aaj kyu lag raha Hai?"
