The taxi stops and he pushes open the door after getting the tab. He takes my hand and like children we run through the hotel doors.

We laugh doing so and I feel free. I feel alive in a way I haven't in so long. We dash through the halls with not a care in the world for who sees and we rush towards a separate elevator where he scans his key. It opens and we enter.

A group of adults wave at us to hold the door but quickly Alex presses the button for the door to close. He practically slams on the button and the doors squeezed shut just before they could get on. I stare at him and burst out into laughter.

"You're an ass" he stares up at and a smile that could almost make me cry is shown. One that is held heavy in his heart as if he's just remembering everything there is to know about me. As if he's just rediscovered me all over again. It melts me almost as we stare at each other.

"And you're as enchanting as ever" he stands fully and steps towards me. His hands slip around my waist pushing me back against the wall.

"What if the doors open and-"

"They won't, it goes straight up to my place and it'll be a minute" his hands guide their way through my platinum blonde locks. He collects it in his hands as we stand our lips parted just inches away from each other.

"Alex" I whisper.

"Princess" he says breathlessly.

"Did you love me?" A smile creeps upon his lips again, he looks almost shocked as me to ask.

"Did?" He questions.

"Whose to say I stopped loving you Princess, your not the kind of girl someone just gets over. Your somebody's everything, as in mine" my eyes cloud my judgement as tears pool my eyes.

His thumb wipes the tear that rolled down my cheek as I catch my breath. He steps back giving me my space.

"We can have an honest conversation"

Thoughtful Alex. Though he was the poison in our twisted love story, he still cared even when it seemed he didn't.

I stare at him, he's grown. I'm now the age he was when we met, me 17 and him 22. But now as I'm older, it doesn't matter. He only grew into his looks, mesmerizing one's.

"Princess are you okay?" I collect myself and stand, I step forwards towards him wrapping my arms around his neck comfortably.

"I'm saying this because after this Alex. I'm starting over, I'm beginning again. You owe it to me to let me begin again and I want you to avoid me. To not know me if you see me, two strangers" he nods at me unsure and I stare at his lips and mesh mine with his.

He captures my lips smoothly as he pulls me in closer. I breakaway and rest my forehead against his as the doors open. I break away and step out in awe, the place was something else.
