Vacation - Chapter 61

I watch Taehyung as he pulled our bags out of the taxi's trunk.

We're here! Hahoe Village!

For some reasons, that only our parents know I guess, we were forced to be here.

I'm hoping it will be alright. It's surprising because his parents already made all the arrangements for us.

Everything is ready. We just had to be here. We're gonna live in a house here.

Nevertheless, the place seems nice. And it's peaceful. Maybe we will be able to understand each other more during our time here.

"Let's go" Taehyung speak, a sigh leaving his mouth as I look up at him and nod my head.

He didn't sleep well because he had to overwork some of the past nights. He's tired. But it's amazing how he still doesn't let himself get irritated.

He's inspiring.

I walked beside him as he dragged our bags along with himself, "let me take one" I offered but he shake his head.

"I can do it" he speak firmly, but I could see his tired eyes.

We walked for about a minute or so when a man about my age ran toward us, "are you Mr. And Mrs. Kim Taehyung?" He question.

He talked to Taehyung and helped us find the house.

"Thank you" Taehyung speak to him and he bowed, smiling politely.

"If there's any problem, please contact me." He held out his card, "I live here" he tells us as I smile and bow.

"Ah! Sure! Thank you." Taehyung speak, bowing back to him.

And we were left alone.

We can't look around right now.

It's 11 pm.

"Should we sleep? Or do you wanna eat something?" He ask me.

"Are you hungry?" I ask him. I need to know so I can cook for him.

"No, I had food at the office. Do you wanna eat something?" He question as I shake my head.

"Let's just sleep then" he suggest making me nod.

"Y/n?" I hear as the chirping of the birds followed the voice calling my name.

Opening my eyes, I found Taehyung sitting beside me, "there are some women who are calling for you..." he tell me, his eyes and face looking tired making me worried.

"I'll go out. Are you fine?" I ask him, wanting to caress his face but I can't.

"I'm fine." He mumble, rubbing his eyes as I nod my head, getting up as I quickly washed myself up to go meet the women.

It was kinda chilly in the village. And I guessed it was probably around 6 because it was looked pretty early.

"We heard you're here on a vacation" one of the lady speak as I smile, nodding my head, wrapping myself in one of the scarfs.

And they introduced themselves, "I live in the house right beside yours, you can call me Heejin eonnie" one of the lady speak as I smile and bow my head.

"Thank you. I'm y/n, Kim y/n" I smile and they grabbed my hand, "Come on with us! We start our day by this time. Since you're visiting our village, you should experience everything with us!" They speak happily and I nod my head.

"I would be very glad, where are you guys heading...?" I ask them.

"We need to get fresh vegetables to make breakfast" heejin eonnie speak as I smile.
