sick pt. 2

Danielle awoke around 8am to sun shining through her blinds with stefania in bed next to her. She is normally an early riser but she was able to sleep in a bit becuase she is recovering from being sick.

I snuck out of bed quietly trying not to disturb stefania because she had spent all of yesterday taking care of me and she's not a morning person anyway. I was feeling much better and decided to go downstairs and make some coffee. Once I had a cup of the warm liquid in hand I walked to my back porch to sit outside in the morning sun.

I thought it would be a good idea to take stefania on a date to thank her for all she's done for me. So I pull out my phone and decide to text jaina and barrett to enlist their help.

Danielle:
Hi guys! I was hoping you could help me plan a date with stefania becuase she helped me the last few days when I was sick and I wanted to do something special for her.

Jaina:
That's such a good idea! Do you know what you want to do yet?

Barrett:
D! We'll definitely help just let us know what we can do. You need to do something great for that sexy italian of yours.

Danielle:
Thank you guys! I was thinking of doing a picnic on the beach so we can watch the sunset and maybe stay and watch the stars for a bit after.

Barrett:
That sounds wonderful, just tell us what you want help with!

Danielle finished her conversation with Jaina and Barrett just as stefania walked through the back garden door and stood infront of danielle.

"Buongiorno bella" she said with a smile as she straddled danielle's lap. "Good morning my love! How did you sleep?" danielle asked as she tucked a piece of brunette hair behind her ear. "I slept wonderful as always when you're next to me" she added with a smile. Stefania lent down to kiss danielle's lips and added a few more soft kisses on her jaw and exposed neck.

"Love, we can't do this right now" danielle said in between heavy breaths. "Sì we can, we have the whole day off" stef replied with a smirk. "actually, I was wondering if I could take you on a date tonight?" danielle asked, smiling up at stef.

I let out a little gasp and replied. "I would love to go on a date with you danielle savre". She looked away so I wouldn't notice the pink blush that arose on her cheeks. I turned her chin so she had to look in my eyes. "where are we going on this so called date, bellina" I asked.

"That's a surprise but I need a bit of time to prepare so how about you go get a mani pedi becuase you have been wanting to go for the last couple days. Then I will take you home to change and we can go" danielle told me. "that sounds wonderful bella, thank you so much" I replied pressing a kiss to her cheek.

Once I dropped stef off at the nail salon I went to the store to grab some fruit and other snacky foods for our picnic.

I made it home and started to pack some cheese and crackers, I cut up some different fruits such as strawberries and watermelon, I also added some chips and chocolates to the basket. Once I finished and cleaned up I made sure that everything was ready to go.

I told stef to text me when she is almost done with her nails so I could get there and pay for her.

Once we got back in the car after her nail appointment we sung along to some Taylor Swift on the way to stefania's house.
