i will always take care of you

I just got a call from Stefania asking me to come get her because she was feeling sick. She has been doing so much work for her short and filming recently. I tried to get her to stay home today and let me take care of her but she really wanted to go in. It doesn't bother me that she wants me to pick her up, i'm just glad she feels comfortable enough to ask.

Within a couple minutes I get in the car and go to pick up my favorite girl. I get to set, park, and go to find her trailer.

I walk in and see her sitting on the couch with her eyes closed so I walk over quietly and press a gentle kiss to her cheek. "Hey darling, are you okay?" I ask.

She opens her eyes and smiles when she sees me. "Yeah, I just don't feel well" she replies. "Okay well let's get you home to rest a bit" I reply before putting out my hand to help her up.

I place a kiss on her forehead feeling how warm she was. "Awww babygirl, you have a fever, no wonder you don't feel good, come here" I say before pulling her into a hug.

She wrapped her arms around me and rested her head on my chest. I rubbed her back for a bit just giving her all my love, before she pulled away and asked to go home.

She took my hand and I grabbed her jacket, helping her to put it on and grab her purse from the table before taking her hand in mine again and walking out the door.

We walk hand-in-hand to the car before I unlock it and open stef's door. She gets in and I walk around to the drivers side.

As I pull out of the parking lot I reach over and comfortingly place my hand on her thigh. We drive home in silence, not awkward but I could tell stef didn't really have much energy to talk.

We pulled in the driveway and I walked around to open her door and help her out of the car. We walked inside and she stood in the entryway to the kitchen as I put the keys away and got her  some water and medicine for her fever. "Let's get you upstairs baby" I say before she turns to walk up the stairs.

We made it to our room and I placed the things I grabbed downstairs on our dresser before turning back to stef. "Do you want to take a bath before you sleep? It might help you relax" I ask before walking over to her. "I guess, but will you help me?" she whispered while avoiding eye contact. "Of course I will my love" I say.

I grasp the hem of her shirt and pull it over her head. I move my hands around her back and unclasp her bra before placing both pieces of clothing in the hamper. I place a couple gentle kisses on her shoulder before looking at her. "You're so pretty, and I love how much you want to be with me when you're sick" I say with a smile.

I watch her blush and look away. "Hey it's cute, don't be embarrassed baby" I say. I unbutton her jeans and she pulls them and her underwear down before dropping them in the hamper and following me into our bathroom.

I sit down on the counter while danielle turns on the water and grabs two towels. She walks over to me and grabs a makeup wipe before using it to gently take off the makeup on my face. Once she takes it all off she throws the wipe away and walks back over to me.

"Bella can we please just get in the bath?" I whine a bit. "Shh. Stop fussing, I'm just taking off your jewelry because I know you hate sleeping with it. And once you get out of the bath you are just going to want to sleep. I'm almost done, I promise" she says before I tear up a bit.

She takes off my necklace and earrings before taking off all of my rings and placing them in the jewelry tray on our bathroom counter. She turns back to me and notices the few tears falling on my cheeks that I couldn't keep in. "Baby what's wrong? Are you okay?" she questions worriedly.

"You're just so sweet and I-" I begin before danielle interrupts me. "Baby, don't cry it's okay, I love you so much" she reassures me before helping me up.

"Here take this and drink some water so you will feel better soon" she says handing me a bottle and two pills. I take the medicine and put the water back on the counter.

"Just get in the bath okay?" she says. "Wait you're getting in with me right?" I say with a shaky voice. "Of course I will if you want" she says and starts to undress.

We both get in the bath and sit down. Danielle sits behind me and pulls me into her chest. My back presses against her front and I lean my head back.

She wraps her arm around my torso and kisses my head. "Just relax babygirl" she says before I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

She grabs my shampoo and squeezes a bit on her hand before massaging it into my hair. She washes my hair and scalp for a couple of minutes before rinsing my hair and making sure she doesn't get any water or soap in my eyes.

She uses conditioner and helps me wash my body before we both sit in the bath and I close my eyes. She draws gentle circles on my stomach while I drift to and from sleep.

About 30 minutes later I feel kisses being placed on my face causing me to smile. Once I open my eyes I feel the water that has cooled and see danielle above me. "We should get out of the bath and get you into bed my love, it will be much more comfortable there" she says.

"Okay" I say, clearly still tired. She lets the tub start to drain and helps me to stand up. She grabs one towel and wraps it around my body that was shivering slightly from the cold air.

Once I make sure Stefania is dried off I wrap a towel around my own body and step out of the bath. "Can I sleep in your shirt please? It just smells like you and it's comfortable" stef asks and I smile. "Of course you can baby. Do you want shorts or just underwear?" I ask. "Umm no shorts" she replies.

I walk out of the bathroom to grab us both t-shirts and underwear. I walk back in and stefania takes off her towel and I pull her shirt over her head. She finishes putting it on as well as her underwear and I do the same.

I grab a brush to use to brush stef's hair. I then put it in a single braid to keep her hair out of her face. I get some moisturizer for her face and put it on before handing her chapstick to use also.

I can tell she is getting tired so I pick her up and let her wrap her legs around my waist. She tucks her head in my neck and we go back to our room.

I set her on the bed and let her get under the covers before I shut the blinds to make the room a bit darker.

I then get in bed and pull stef into me. She looks up at me as if she was going to say something but immediately looks away. I frown and ask "Baby what were you going to say? It's just me I promise it's okay".

"I was uh- gonna ask if-if we could take our shirts off? I just really want to feel you and I don't think I can with-" she asks. "Of course we can, don't worry babygirl" I reply.

I take my shirt off and tap her arm to tell to lift it up and allow me to take her shirt off. She lifts her hands above her head and I slide the material off of her body.

We both lay down and I have to pull her into me again. "Baby you can lay with me, it's perfectly fine" I whisper. "But I don't want to get you sick" she says. "I don't care if I do, I'm taking care of you right now and if I get sick you can do the same okay?" I say before kissing her head. "Okay" she says and closes her eyes.

She then places her leg over mine and tucks her head into my chest. I wrap my arms around her and start to gently scratch her back. "Thank you for taking care of me bambina" she says with her eyes still close. "I will always take care of you" I reply and kiss her again before her breathing evens out and I can tell she is asleep.

a/n: I finally found the motivation to make a longer one, as the last couple were pretty short. I have been lacking ideas so if you have any please let me know and I hope you had a good thanksgiving!! Also I can't wait for march 14th when we finally get station and greys back!!!
