♡ ╰◟◞ ͜ ◟◞╯ . ☆This episode is great both for being a filler and also to be an important episode to watch. I enjoyed it, and it intrigues me to see that we have Elle's identity be revealed in the plot. Not only that, but this episode finally does the best thing to ever exist in my whole life watching anime... The fact that the show themselves confirmed that the Hirogaru Sky Prettycure team is a family! I agree with that whole statement, as I've already commented about their dynamic as a group to be akin to a family's bond. I made comments that their dynamic is similar to Zenkaiger's, and I was right. One thing I love about Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger is the dynamic of their team. Despite their obvious differences, they still get along and are quite close to each other. I especially love their dynamic with Zox/Twokaizer and his family, as while they're different with their own goals, they still are connected and are like family friends to each other. With that in mind, it's no wonder why I started to love this season of Prettycure. The cast itself is diverse and is filled with brimming personalities, which is a good sign that they're all a great team. They even get along pretty well, especially with how crazily connected the cast is to each other. I guess we can hope that this dynamic can continue even further, as I'm loving it so far.
We should also focus on the team with their own ways of showing off how far they've come. Sora being Sora, is continuously showing her growth as a character. With Captain Shalala and Beryberie being there to show us how much Sora has come to fulfill her dreams of becoming a hero. With Shalala encouraging Sora to take her path of becoming a hero alone, Sora also reminds Shalala that they'll definitely meet again. You go for it, queen! Then, we have Mashiro, who is both awesome and chaotically funny. Seriously, she's just got a relatable moment here in the episode, as I feel her pain. Plus, she carries the episode by pointing out the important sky quote to exist... "We're all linked under the same sky." Yes, we are linked in the same sky. Tsubasa on the other hand is showing off his knowledge of both Skyland and the weather as the best weather birb boy. He's just precious, okay? Finally, Ageha is acting like a chill young adult that pretty much responds when necessary. She responded the obvious, and I really felt her a bit when they talked with the King and Queen about taking care of Elle for them. Plus, her reaction towards their fame as Prettycures in Skyland is grounded. I love how she's happy and also didn't let fame get on her mind. Because guys, Prettycure doesn't encourage people to let fame get into their minds. It's standard. They didn't do too much like it's a filler, but they showed bits of their characters very well. I also like the foreshadowed angst fluff between them, as that scene hit so hard. They all met by fate, somehow, and they're aware that they have part ways. Despite that, I'm sure they'll still be able to contact each other after they'll officially part ways on the final episode. Hopefully, I won't get too emotional when I see them part ways and conclude their story...
Moving on, Elle finally reunited with her parents again! Yay! I'm happy that she's reunited with her family again, as I seriously felt quite bad for her. To deal with her parents getting cursed and are finally healed from it. Moreover, Elle has to deal with being separated from them for too many times now... Seriously, give Elle an emotional break already, it's too much for her... Also, there are no villains for this episode? Okay? I thought Battamonda would appear in this episode, but he didn't... Well, it's probably for the better. After all, he seems to be such a headache to deal with throughout this arc of the season. Since there's no villains, we just have the Prettycures use their abilities and deus ex machina to clear away the skies and give good vibes to the people of Skyland. I love when heroes use their powers for other people and not just use it to defeat the villains. Plus, this episode is filled with good vibes and I'm loving it...
Finally, the agenda about the lore of this show... I need to talk about Elle's identity, as it made me curious about its possibilities... Elle's identity is that she's the child of destiny. That made me wild, as that would explain why she has mysterious powers... She literally came from the sky and that the king and queen weren't her actual parents. Regardless, they still considered Elle as their own, and it gives me the sad feeling that they have to separate from Elle so that she can fulfill her destiny. It's a nice thing to theorize on, as I believe the people who've been catching up with the leaks of this season can make great speculations as to what Elle's fate is in this story. This opens up a lot of possibilities and questions. What is Elle's role in the story? Why is the Underg Empire after Elle's power? What is this mysterious power that makes Elle a key role to saving Skyland and even Earth from ruin? It left me with unanswered questions and I hope that it will be answered in the future. The lore and story of Hirogaru Sky Prettycure is already being brought into light and essentially lead us to possibly a great character development for Elle and our heroes. With that in mind, the animation is decently great and the same can be said for the pacing of this episode. I hope that the next episodes will continue to be great with their unique storytelling... Now, I can't wait for more great episodes to come in Hirogaru Sky Prettycure. I wonder what's in store for us in the next episode...
