This episode was really great in showing off Sora's character and how much Mashiro is actually decent with her fighting abilities as a Prettycure! I'll start off by saying that Mashiro is really great in trying to let Sora know that she felt the same way as her. Gay asf, but it's still good. I love her line that said; "You are my friend and I'm worried about you... I feel just the same, I want to protect you too! Isn't it a good enough reason to fight together?" That literally made me feel that Mashiro genuinely really wants to help Sora, not just as her partner in the battlefield but as a friend. I love Mashiro's genuine care and concern for Sora, as I frickin love these two together. Also, she's a really decent fighter, as she clearly knows how to utilize her powers very well.

Now, let's address the elephant of the room... Sora... Sora continues to slay, but she also starts to show more of her morals and her flaws as a person. She can be pretty impatient and hotheaded, but that only happens when she's not in a mood. At least she showed manners after causing a bit of an outburst towards Yoyo, because I believe we might cause disrespect and anger. I love that bit of detail there. Then, we finally found out more about what happens to Sora ever since she started training to become a hero. It was pretty sad, as it's kind of relatable. Sora trained so hard every day in order to become a hero, but it caused her to not build any friends. This is a good reason as to why Sora seems a bit odd than the other citizens from Skyland. Like, Sora is the only one who has the mindset in wanting to save Elle, even though she's just a "normal citizen" in Skyland. While that makes her badass, it still caused her to not experience friend hangouts. I'm also guessing that due to this loneliness, she firmly believes that she's better off alone, as that's what makes a hero. When she met Mashiro, she wasn't expecting her to be her friend, thus making Mashiro her very first friend. It's due to this that she starts to worry for Mashiro after she debuted as Cure Prism in the last episode. I'm guessing that her worries are what made her start to have nightmares of Mashiro getting hurt when fighting a monster. That itself is a really good conflict, as it shows that Sora really cares for her very first friend and that she wants to keep her away from any danger. It was being challenged and resolved well, thanks to some good storytelling and lines that Mashiro said to Sora. That hit so hard to core. Hence, Sora is badass and also has great morals as a hero in training. She learned a lot from Mashiro about the power of working together, to the point where they made a Futari Wa Prettycure reference. Yes, I love that subtle reference. The OG Prettycure title literally means; "Together, we are Prettycure" or something on that line. It's a great way to reference the OG, in my opinion.

A little note, I love how Elle can fly by using the slingcarry that Yoyo gave to them. That's both funny and nice, as Elle can now fly with that and be involved in the fight. Imagine the chaos she'll bring when flying on that slingcarry. Also, we now have another new character, but they're not properly introduced. They're basically the "boss" of Kabaton, and only made a cameo through their voice dialogue with him. Based on their tone, I'm guessing that they're a girl.

Speaking of Kabaton, he is really taking action! He just showed that he's quite impulsive, and it actually has a bit of pain as to why he is. After his conversation with the voice, we can see how painfully shunned he was. It even affected him, when utilizes all of his energy to create an even powerful monster. I feel kinda bad for Kabaton, as he literally drains most of his energy when creating one, and we can see a very pale Kabaton after he utilizes all his energy. Seriously, give this guy a bit of a rest. While he's still cruel, he still needs a rest from making that powerful monster. This episode shows that he's a humane villain that's still the embodiment of evil, and I'm liking it so far!

Finally, I want to talk about the lore of the Prettycures in Skyland. It's a brief, but ambiguous legend about how the Prettycures came to be, and how they're considered as heroes of Skyland. I'm also glad that the Prettycure legend has been revealed, as it sort of explains a bit on how they just exist in their world. While this left us with questions, I'm glad that they still showed us the legend of the Prettycures in the lore of Hirogaru Sky Prettycure.

Oh well, the animation here is decently great. The pacing of this episode is great, and I hope that next episode will continue to be great with its pacing... I can't wait for more great episodes to come in Hirogaru Sky Prettycure. I'm loving the great storytelling and uniqueness of the cast, so I hope they'll maintain this pace into its future episodes.
