"Again." My grand father instructed as he circled me with his arms behind his back. Grandfather Zeno has been my teacher since the moment I could walk, and here I was like any other day training to strengthen myself and my Nen so that I could partake in the family business know as assassination. My family, the Zoldyck's, were very well known in the assassination business and it was pretty well known that genetically wise who would have what type of ability. Me, as my hair was dark meant that I was a manipulator, those of my father's white hair were transmuters.... I almost envied them.... Almost

Like any day full of training, I was immediately hit with the task to study, so it meant that I had to spend the rest of my time until dinner to brush up on the knowledge needed in this messy business I'd one day soon start. Though, something felt off... Wrong, and even though I'm nine, I feel like I'm observant enough.

It was in regards to my mother, Kikyo Zoldyck... I've noticed she's and father haven't been on the best of terms, and some nights I could hear them fighting, but that wasn't what made me suspicious... It was the way my mother acted around one of the butlers, Gotoh....

I truly hoped my mother wouldn't do something as foolish as infidelity...

Back in the forest and with the beasts...

Today the sun was beaming overhead, yet I sat directly outside of the closed cave that had my mother's body buried, meditating to at least try and get the somber feelings to go away; but grief was had, especially me growing back up as a child once again. It was something I noticed in this new life of mine, I seemed to feel emotional quite deeply and very strongly, and being emotionally down out a literal dark cloud over my head.

I came here to visit my mother ever since she died, sat and meditated and thought about the times I did have with her, and almost as if the teen has a nose of a hound... Hisoka found me sitting here with this worn expression on my face.

"It seems I know to find you here...." I heard his voice before I physically saw him, his danty hand reaching out between the leaves and tree branches as he stood in one of the tree staring down at me. My pointed ears twitched to acknowledged him, but I didn't once open my eyes as I meditated, I was too focused on getting stronger and in my eyes, right now he was a distraction.

'I wish you'd go away and leave me alone.' I sighed deeply when I head his almost soundless land, as he jumped from his tree all the way down to me, opening my eyes to finally greet him.

"Did you say something, darling?" He stared down at me with a raised brow, unsure about something, yet I didn't acknowledge him what so ever, I just stared at him as if he grew a head out of his ass. "Did you need something, Hisobitch?" I grumbled in exasperation at him, watching the corners of his mouth quirk up as he heard my nick name for him.

"You have such a foul mouth...." He had a certain look in his eye that almost resemble arousal, but it disappeared without a trace when he gracefully sat down next to me. "I just came to check on you, kitten... It seems I'm doing that alot now." He gently patted the top of my head, which I hated that I actually liked it.

"How many times do I have to tell you, my name is Kiwi, not Kitten." I pulled my lips back over my teeth as i fought to contain my frustration with him, but he batted his dainty but large hand at me with a grin on his face. " I know your name, Kiwi dear, but you remind me so much of a kitten." He pooped my nose before pulling out something from the bag he carried and handed it to me. " I also though you might be hungry... Have you eaten yet?" He rose a arched red brow at me as he handed me the wrapped up meal. "I made it myself, do tell me how it is." He smiled as he spoke, watching me stare at the wrapped food with a skeptical look.

With a sigh I unwrapped the food he made, which was a sandwich, though next to it on the paper were Barrie's, but not any kind of berries... They were Raven Berries and quite poisonous. "Are you trying to kill me?" I questioned with a smirk, rasing my arched white brow at him as he gave me a innocent smile, though I knew it to be anything but innocent.

"Kill you? I'd never dream it." He stated with a wink, watching as I picked up a berried and popped into my mouth and ate it. Yes, it was fucking poisonous but I trained my immune system to be resistant to all poisons, I took the Zoldyck route and my father hated it. He seemed perplexed as he watched me eat all of the berries and even honed in on my lips wrapping around my tiny fingers as I licked the juice off them. "Delicious~" my eyes flashed white as I spoke before diving in and eating the sandwich he made me, watching him sit there stunned in my peripheral.

"Well, it seems you're so full of tricks yes... You're resistant to poisons?" He leaned closer to me smiling almost creepily as he watched me eat. " How intriguing, I'm getting excited." It was apparent now that he wanted to fight me.

"Keep it in your pants, Hisobitch." I growled at him and placed my hand over his face and mushed him, shoving him a good ways away from me. He hit the ground with a grunt and skid, laying there unmoving for a short moment before his body shook as his laughter filled he air. " Naughty naughty.." he purred as he sat up. " Are you sure you're only four, you don't act it and it makes me curious." He hummed as he sat back up and made hi way over to me, brushing his hair from his eyes. I rolled my eyes as he asked me the question he's asked me many times before and cut my eyes to him in irritation. "How many times are you going to ask me that?"

"As many times as I need to, kitten." He chuckled and went back to watching me eat like the weirdo he is and even though I thought I'd be better off without him around.... Moments like this were heart warming. " Fucking weirdo..."
