Jack had some time off, so you were spending it in Kentucky with Paisley and Olive. You weren't quite into your second trimester of your pregnancy, and while your morning sickness was still there, you could tell it was getting better. You had all been spending a lot of time in the house or the backyard, not because Jack couldn't take the girls out by himself, he just hadn't wanted to leave you when he knew you didn't feel good.

Jack had gotten up in the morning with the girls, letting you sleep in. Jack knew you would be waking up soon, so he was doing his best to keep Paisley and Olive entertained while making breakfast. They were playing a game together on their iPad, it was something to keep them entertained while also keeping them from running around the house, so they didn't accidently wake you up.

"Daddy?" Paisley looked up from the iPad, waiting for Olive to take her turn in the tik tac toe game they were playing.

"Yes Paise?" Jack turned to look at her from the stove.

"Can we go to the park today?" She asked.

"Maybe, we'll see, okay?" Jack told her and she nodded.

"Liv, you're taking forever." Paisley sighed. "There's like 9 spots to pick from."

"Paisley, be nice to your sister please." Jack reminded her, and Paisley apologized to Olive while Olive took her turn.

"Mommy come to the park with us?" Olive asked.

"It depends on how she feels, but if she feels okay then she can."

"Still not feel good?" Olive asked.

"Sometimes. Do you remember how mommy has a baby in her tummy?" Jack asked and Olive nodded. "She's helping the baby grow, and sometimes that's going to make her tired or not feel well." Jack reminded her, and Olive nodded again.

A few minutes later Jack took the girls iPad and gave them their breakfast. They were only a couple bites in when you walked into the kitchen.

"Mommy!" Olive cheered, holding her arms up.

"Hi, good morning, Livy." You smiled softly at her, walking over to her, and hugging her as she wrapped her little arms around you the best she could.

"Are you okay?" Olive asked and you giggled at how she asked if you felt okay.

"I do feel okay today, thank you for asking." You said, pressing a kiss to the top of her head before you said good morning to Paisley. While you were saying good morning to the girls, Jack was putting some of the food he made on a plate for both of you, bringing it over to the table.

"Good morning baby." Jack smiled softly, setting the plates down.

"Good morning." You smiled, kissing Jack softly.

"How do you feel?" Jack asked, his hand resting on your stomach even though there wasn't much of a bump yet.

"I feel good today." You told Jack and he nodded, kissing you once more.

"I know you feel better when you eat as soon as you wake up, so I made breakfast, but if you want something else, I can make it." Jack told you.

"Thank you, babe." You told him, before you both sat down to eat.

"Mommy? Can we go to the park?" Paisley asked.

"And you come with us!" Olive added.

"Sure, we can go to the park." You told them and they cheered. "After we finish breakfast, okay?" Both girls nodded, quickly finishing breakfast before running to pick out their outfits for the day.  You and Jack cleaned up from breakfast before going to get yourselves ready.
