"Ughh I miss my man." Kianna groaned out suddenly, body slouched against the cushioned chair, as the entire table full of her friends slowly turned to look at her, giving her an annoyed look.

"We heard you the other four times you said it!" Ivy retorted, rolling her eyes at her miserable friend. Kianna wasn't to worried though, she knew she'd been nagging the entire time they were all at lunch.

It had been 2 whole weeks and Kianna hadn't physically been able to see her boyfriend since their date. As soon as he got back with training he'd been occupied with more and more things— and both of them were having trouble fitting each other into their schedules.

She didn't want to seem clingy and annoying to him, so she tried her best not to show it— but FaceTime calls and texts every now and then were no longer cutting it.

The pair were also about to hit 4 months, and even though that wasn't big or anything Kianna did want to do a little something for Samir.

She couldn't think to much on that right this moment however, because she was still out having brunch with her friends.

"Okay?" Kianna rolled her eyes, "Y'all needa' feel my misery." She said, munching on her Ceaser salad.

"You must love him with the way you acting." Dess joked, chewing on her salmon wrap. She was too invested in her food that she hadn't noticed the way Kianna gave her a look.

"Lovee?" Kianna said incredulously, she wasn't sure why but hearing the word being insinuated with Samir made her heart speed up a bit.

"Girl yes! I mean it's been what like 3 and a half months? Haven't y'all said it yet?" Morgan stated looking at Kianna briefly as she reapplied her lipgloss.

Kianna shook her head, in all honesty she hadn't even begun thinking about love yet, she'd only been enjoying her time with Samir to the fullest. That did have her wondering though.

Was she in love with mir?

Was Samir even in love with her?

Kianna hated situations like these, not knowing how to answer questions that would make her head spin. She felt as if it was too soon for her, of course she liked Samir— maybe a bit more than like— but she wouldn't exactly call it love.

Would she?

"Kianna!" She blinked furiously as she was brought back to reality, her thoughts fizzling down for her to dwell on later as she was greeted with the worried faces of her friends.

She cleared her throat,"Yea?"

"Was that not a good topic for you?" Dess immediately spoke up, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't of brought it up." Since she was sitting closest to Kianna she was able to see exactly how much her words affected her.

Kianna's eyes widened as the attention was all brought to her, "No! No, it's fine— I'm sorry I just got all up in my head." She apologized.

Of course her best friend looked through her anxious before, and spoke up,"You sure Ana?"

Kianna nibbled on her bottom lip debating a bit if she should shine light on the topic, "I mean— don't you think it's to early to be saying that? Or—or do I act like I do?"

They all shrugged, "We can't tell you how to feel ki," Mani spoke, sipping on her lemonade as she slide her Dior glasses down her face, "If you think it's to early then it might be, but honestly do you really think it is?"
