No one's POV:
Kurogiri returns that night just as Magne had said and he was expecting to see his baby curled up in bed under the black fluffy blanket her got her along with her stuffed shark in her arms and a pacifier behind her lips. However he did not. Instead he saw a broken looking Magne and a tired Dabi, everyone else looked scared shitless and kurogiri quickly found out why.
He lost it. He tore up the entire base looking for her, he even went as far as braking into any shop or closed off area that she could've gotten to. But no such luck. He was heart broken.
He sat on a bar stool with his hands covering what would be his face as he sighed and did his best to not hyperventilate. "We can break into the police station tomorrow kuro. Just sleep for tonight. Spinner and compress have promised to stay awake in case she comes back or they can go out and look." Magne says softly, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder as she tries to guide him into his room.
"Okay.." kurogiri replies, his voice barely above a whisper as he closes his bedroom door. He looks at the room that was full of small toys and colourful drawings and just wished that he could cry in that moment.
-on the other end with Cho-
Not long after the questioning she fell asleep, Sansa like the sweet soul he is, tucked her back into her fluffy blanket and make sure her shark is in her arms along with her pacifier in her mouth. He silently watched on as he slept. It was his job but it felt nice to be keeping watch a kid instead of some mad man for once.
When she eventually woke up a couple hours later the officer was reading something and glanced towards her. Cho kept herself small and tried to avoid catching the officer's attention. Sansa was curious as to what she was doing under the blankets and once she surfaced from the blankets the stuffed toy and pacifier were kept hidden on the bed.
Chi walked nervously to reach some water in a plastic cup, watching to see if it would upset the cat policeman before drinking it until it was finished. She then slowly placed the cup back to where it was originally and walked back to the bed and crawled under the blankets.
"-yes I understand thank you." The detective finished his call as he entered the room and sighed, sitting down on the chair opposite Sansa. "You'd think having that colour of green hair would narrow it down to who she could be but no, green is a common hair colour and people love to dye their hair that colour." He groans, pinching the bridge of his nose as he stares at the mound under the blanket.
"She spoken yet?" He asks quietly, Sansa simply shakes his head and they both lean back against their chairs and sigh. After awhile Narmada gets another call and practically seethes with anger once he gets more negative results from their search, he smacks his hand against the table and a small squeak like sound caught their attention from under the blankets, the call continues until the phone suddenly looses all its battery and the mound under the blanket starts to twitch.
The two men look at each other before Sansa hands the detective his phone and he leaves the room to make another call.
Sansa on the other hand is tasked with helping Cho, who refuses to surface from under the blankets and seems to be struggling. He slowly lifts the black fluffy blanket and sees her curled up and twitching, her hands clenching and unclenching around the shark toy. "Are you okay?" Sansa asks softly. Cho let's put a weak sound and shakes her head.
"Im going to pick you up okay, bring you to some paper so you can write" he says, telling her everything he was doing as to not alarm her. He sits down at the table and puts down a medium sized notepad with a pencil and places it in the young girl's hands.
"Write when you can. Don't force yourself" he says softly, trying to encourage her rather than scare her away.
'Milk bottle twitchy' were the three words she managed to write before she dropped the pencil. "Did the phone losing power happen because of you?" A weak nod, "ah so it makes you twitchy when you absorb power" another weak nod.
"Okay. It's okay, see you're not twitchy anymore" The feline officer says trying to comfort her whilst he was still trying to make sense of the other two words.
"Umm do you want a bottle of milk? Like a sippy cup type thing?" Cho nod again and stays quiet after that, no mater what Sansa said or asked she didn't reply so he leaned back and sighed. "Alright kid. I'll be back in a minute" he says placing her back onto the bed and wrapping the blanket around her like you would a newborn and she found herself unable to escape the blanket wrap. She weakly glared at the feline but stayed put whilst he left the room to get her milk.
A/n: IM ALIVE. Just tired. Life sucks and I'm in a slump right now. But writing this made me smile a little so even though it's not very long I hope you all enjoy! What will mamagiri do? Will we find out who Cho is? Maybe, if you want, comment random ideas?
Hope you enjoyed.
