Chapter Thirteen

It's been two months since Menma was born. Sasuke was out in public, while Naruto was with Kakashi filling out paper work for Hokage.

"Why can't I just skip this paper work and say I did it?" "Because it's required." "I'd rather start the Fifth Great Ninja War. And trust me. We all know nobody's gonna stop me if I do."

"Well, that's true. But what about Sasuke and Menma?" "Why'd ya have to bring them into this?"

"For proof that one, you're too soft to start the next war. Two, you have a family to take care of."

"I know that! I was just saying I would rather- nevermind!" Naruto kept doing the paper work.

Back with Sasuke, she was going grocery shopping. She was carrying Menma in the black carrier Naruto bought.

Naruto's birthday was coming up, and she didn't know what to get him, all she knew he liked was ramen.

She had already grabbed limited edition Hero ramen. Of course Naruto's face was on it.

"What do you think daddy likes, Menma?" Menma and Naruto were very similar. Menma babbled and kept reaching for one of Master Jirayia's books.

"Hmm. The Toad Sage always was a pervert." That's it! She was gonna get it so Naruto had something to remember Jirayia by.

She paid for the book. "I've never had so many weird stares in my life. Daddy's lucky I love him." She tapped Menma's nose and smiled.

"Hey Sasuke!" Sakura and Ino yelled for her. They walked over. "Awe." "You can really tell that's Naruto's son. He even has his eyes."

"Hey, do you guys know what Naruto likes? His birthday is coming up, I don't really know what to get him."

"Well, he likes ramen. That's pretty much it. He doesn't really like anything else." "Maybe you could get the new ramen maker made especially by Teuchi. And since it's his birthday gift, and he's his star customer, he might give you one for free."

"Thanks, you guys. Do you guys wanna come over for dinner?" "Sure. I don't have anything to do later." "Me either."

"Great. I'll see you guys at six." Sasuke walked off to Ichiraku.

"I'm finally done with this stupid paper work." "Congratulations, Naruto. You're officially the Hokage."

"Really!?" "Yeah. Now, Ms. Kimetsu will make your Cloak and hat. Well, the hat's already made." Kakashi opened the closet and gave it to him.

"The ceremony is tomorrow, don't miss it." Kakashi left the room.

"Alright!"
