Chapter Twenty-Four

Naruto brought Sasuke back from the hospital. "Are you tired?" Sasuke yawned and nodded. "Very."

Naruto picked up Sasuke and laid her in the bed. "Get some rest." Naruto took the baby and walked around with her until Sasuke woke up.

"Daddy? Who's that?" "This is your sister, Satsuki." "Where's Mommy?" "Mommy's sleeping."

"What are you gonna do with her?" "I'm gonna set up your old playpen for when she's older. But for now, I'm just holding her until Mommy wakes up."

"Can I play with her?" "Sure. Just be careful." Naruto handed her over to Menma. "Here. Put her in this."

Naruto gave Menma a carrier that you wrap over one of your shoulders. "Okay." He put the carrier on and put Satsuki in it.

Menma went to play with his little sister. Naruto crawled into bed next to his spouse, after he finished setting up the playpen, and the crib he bought yesterday.

Now they had two, a blue one, and a pink one.

He sighed and looked at the roof. He looked to his right, and saw Sasuke staring at him.

"Sleep okay?" "Yeah. Even though it was only for a few minutes." Naruto smiled. "Where's Satsuki?" "Menma's playing with her."

Speaking of Menma, he came walking in. "Satsuki won't stop crying. I didn't do anything." Menma had a scared look on his face.

"It's okay, sweetie. She's just hungry." "What do babies eat?" "Well, Mommy has a special food that she needs. And no one can look or else the special food goes away, and she won't stop crying."

"What is it?" "I can't tell you. It'll go away." "Okay." "You too, Naruto." "C'mon Daddy! She won't stop crying!"

Naruto smiled and left, he closed the door behind him. "Wanna watch TV?" "Yeah! But Mommy said I can't watch TV past 8:00."

"Well, I'm making an exception." He pat Menma's head. "But you have to be quiet. Or Mommy will be mad."

Menma covered his mouth. Naruto smiled and turned on the TV.

Fifteen minutes later...

The baby was asleep in Sasuke's chest when she walked into the living room. She saw Menma cuddled up to Naruto, as they both slept on the couch.

She smiled. She likes how her boys look when they're sleeping. Menma was exactly like Naruto. Except his hair color.

But other than that, they were pretty much the same. Both had an obsession with ramen, both loved Sasuke dearly, and were pretty fond of each other.

Sasuke sat down next to Naruto, and he woke up. "Hey, Sasuke. Is she done with her special food?" She smiled. "Yeah. She's asleep now."

"I'll put Menma in his bed." Naruto picked up Menma and stood up. "Okay, Kiddo. Let's go to sleep in your bed."

Menma yawned. "But I wanna sleep next to Mommy." "You wanna sleep next to Mommy?" "Yeah..." "Let's go ask."

Naruto walked back. "Okay. Ask." Sasuke turned. "No." Menma dug his face into his dads shoulder.

"He wants to sleep with you." Sasuke smiled. "Where will you sleep?" "I'll find somewhere. Probably the couch."

"Are you sure?" "Yeah, I'll be fine. It's not like I haven't done it before." "Okay. Here, put Satsuki in her crib."

Naruto took Satsuki from her, and put her in her crib. Sasuke picked up Menma. "Oof. You're not my little baby anymore. You're getting bigger."

"No! I don't wanna get bigger!" Sasuke smiled. "You have a long way to go before you're my big big boy. So you're still my baby boy."

"Are you sure?" "Mhmm." Sasuke laid Menma down. She crawled into bed and Menma scooted closer to his mom.

"Goodnight, Mommy." "Goodnight."

Naruto smiled from behind the door. He got situated on the couch and watched TV until he passed out.
