*Frazier's POV*

The only pain I feel today, is in my nether regions of my body.

My wrists aren't burning anymore, I'm no longer freezing, my head is clear, and well, I'm happy.

Let me tell you what, waking up in Ethan's bed naked, warm, sore, and the beautiful music coming from the end of his bed is an amazing way to wake up.

I finally sat up, stretched and groaned. "What is that?"

He turned his head, gave me a small smile, and pulled his pick out of his teeth. "Well good morning to you too." He leaned back and kissed my cheek. "It's just a melody I've been working on. I'm surprised you didn't wake up with it sooner."

"Well, what's it for?"

"A new song." He nodded.

"That doesn't sound like the one I heard at band practice with Carly." I shook my head.

"That's because it's not." He shrugged.

"Well, play this one for me."

"Babe, it's not done." He shook his head.

"So, I want to hear it."

"It's also about you." He nodded.

I pulled his comforter up over my chest and moved closer. "You play me that song right now."

He let out a small laugh. "Alright. No criticism though. No laughing. It's different than what I normally try to write, it's slower, OK?"

"OK." I smiled.

He took a deep breath, pulled his notebook in front of him, and started playing.

He's right, it is slow, but I like it.

*Locked eyes, open hearts

Neither one was safe from the start.

When we both believed you were made for me

Just to hold in the dark.

Sundown turns to sun up always.

And usually, I end up right in the wrong placed.

But there was something when you asked me if I'll stay.

That made me never want to go.

Cause you wouldn't change for the whole damn world.

So why on earth would you change for me.

A dumb boy can't fix what's perfect girl.

And I'm on the edge of stupidity.

Falling for a familiar stranger

Too fast to care what comes later.

When love burns and one thing remains yeah.

Empty promises and broken saviors. *

"You did not write that about me." I shook my head.

He smiled and put his guitar on the floor. "Well, I'm trying." He nodded. "Normally, the guys write, I come up with the music."

"Well, you wrote the small bit I heard at your practice." I laid back as he crawled up his bed and laid next to me.

"Yeah. But my problem is, I can never keep one thought in my head, so I can't really get one finished before another takes over. I try putting them together but none of it makes sense, so I stick to playing, and the guys write. Kai wrote the one we played for you guys to 'audition' for your party, Onix wrote Heart Throb, and the other ones we played at your party were a combination."
