As you ran off to find Loki, you ended up finding him high up in the church, far away from anyone else.

You watched him for a second in silence as he looked out over the city from the balcony.

"Loki," you spoke softly, but he never turned around to look at you.

"What're you doing up here?" He asked with an irritated tone as he ran his fingers though his hair.

You looked down as you tried to wipe some of the frosting and cake off your face.

"I'm sorry, Loki," you told him. "I wish it didn't end like this but, maybe this is for the best."

"How?" He asked. "You were the only one who ever understood me, and loved me for me.  Amethyst only loves the idea of marrying an Asgardian Prince. She doesn't actually love me."

"Have you tried talking to her?" You asked as he looked away.

"No."

"She'll never understand until you do. She's going to be the mother of your children, and I... I understand my place in this world even though I refused the exiled the idea for the longest time."

"You're starting to love him," he whispered, though it was more to himself than anything.

You stayed silent as you waited for a real answer, holding your hands together in front of you.

"And I love you," he said as he turned around and walked over to you. You looked up at him with tear filled eyes as he gently took one of your hands.

His eyes started to tear up when he seen your sorrowed expression.

"I love you... but you love your pack... and your friends... and you will love Lucifer. I must learn to do the same," he said as you looked down and cried while he pulled you into a hug.

Sobs escaped your mouth as he hugged you tighter. All the while his silent tears fell from his face and landed on the back of your dress.

"Even though some of her methods and techniques of communication are a bit cruel, I know she's good under her mask. She wants what's best for her baby, and that means she'll want what's best for you," you told him.

He nodded before pulling away from the hug and kissing you on the forehead.

"Goodbye... Y/n. Maybe one day our paths will cross again," he said as you wiped your tears.

"It's a small world," you reassured him as he started walking backwards towards the door to leave the balcony.

You held onto his hand for as long as you could until your fingers finally parted and the cold air brushed over your warm and empty hand.

As cold as Loki was though... it was like he never left.

The wind was the remainder of his love.

"You really think it's a good idea to go back to Earth?" Loki asked Thor as he held his daughter's hand.

"Yes of course," Thor said with a sweet smile as they both gazed out at the vast expanse of space.

"Let me rephrase that, do you really think it's a good idea to bring me back to Earth?"

"Where else do you want to go?" Thor asked before taking a deep breath. "Brother, you have proved you changed. Now we just have to rebuild, and I have no doubt Earth will be a safe place for you and little Frigga."

Loki smiled at his brother before looking back down at Frigga.

As he did, he reminisced, but also mourned everything that had happened within the last few years.

Before Amethyst gave birth to her, the Dark Elves came, and killed the Queen Frigga.

After that Amethyst and Loki went away to Alfheim to be alone as a family with their newborn daughter.

When the King was on his deathbed though, he traveled to Earth in secret where the brothers had to find him to convince him to go back to Asgard.

That's when Hella arrived, Surtur destroyed the planet, and now they were all on their way back to Earth.

Among the chaos and tragedy, Loki was unfortunately left to raise the young Frigga, alone.

"I wouldn't worry brother, I have a feeling everything will turn out fine in the end," Thor said before a shadow encased the entirety of their ship.

When both of the brothers looked up, a Giant ship had stopped them in their tracks.

~ Earth ~

As you sat in the nursery rocking your 6 month old baby, you watched out the window that overlooked the glorious mountain range of your home.

The birds were chirping, the sun was rising despite the thick gray clouds, and the window was starting to get frosty from the upcoming snow storm.

Lucifer was in New York, closing deals with the East pack, leaving you alone for the moment.

You loved your husband and wished he could stay, but you knew he still had duties outside of family.

After your baby fell asleep, you placed him back in his crib before walking out of the room and going outside.

As you sat on the back porch, letting the cold air surround and chill you, the hair on your body suddenly stood on edge.

You snapped your eyes open and when you looked out into the dark woods... a white wolf stared back at you.

Hiding behind thick foliage as she howled.

It was a warning that something bad would happen... and that something bad was happening.

"You will lose them all."
