Ano ba kasi pangalan nung babae?! Tsaka may nabanggit dito tungkol sa Mana ng babae.

"Ate, are you here?" napatigil ako sa pagbabasa ng marinig ang boses ni Kiro.

"I'm here, Kiro! Look up!" tawag ko sa kaniya

"What the-, anong ginagawa mo riyan?!" gulat niyang tanong sa'kin.

Nakalimutan ko kasing bumaba ng hagdan habang nagbabasa. Dahil na rin siguro sa kuryosidad ko kaya hindi ako nakababa agad.

"Get off there, you might fall!"

Napatahimik na lamang ako dahil narinig ko pa rin ang kaniyang sinabi.

"Anong libro yan na hawak mo?"

"History of Zabini Academy" sagot ko

Napatango na lamang siya ng sinabi ko ang title ng libro.

"Nabasa mo na ba ito?"

"No, common knowledge lang naman kasi ang nakatala sa libro na iyan"

Common Knowledge? Ehh ba't di ko alam?

"Because I am a commoner, Kiro." may diin kong saad

"No, you're not" pag-tutol niya sa aking sinabi

"Huh?" kunot noo kong saad

"You are not a commoner, Ate" may diin n'yang saad

Kiro's POV

I can't believe my long-lost sister has been around me all along. It makes sense now that I am completely at ease with her. She was the only one of my siblings that thought of me as a brother. She looked after me even though she had no idea that i am her brother.

"What do you mean, Kiro?"

"Ate—" I'm trying to hold my tears, because I don't want her to think that i'm such a crybaby.

"Kiro, ayos ka lang ba?" she asked me with a worried look on her face.

"Ate, naaalala mo pa yung tinanong mo sa akin noong pumunta tayo sa may pamilihan sa bayan?"

"Ahh ayun ba— hindi na, bakit? ano ba yun?"

As expected.

"You asked me, kung sino-sino ang nakakaalam ng tungkol sa mind reading skill ko."

"Ahh naaalala ko na tapos sinabi mo kaming dalawa lang ni Master ang nakakaalam. May tinanong pa ako na isa noon sayo ehh 'di ko lang malala"

Tingnan mo tahimik na naman sya. Bakit n'ya ba sinabi ang mga ito sa'kin?...

"Do you mind if I tell you a story?"

Story? Ano yun bedtime story?

I cleared my throat so she can stop talking to herself in her head...

"My nannies usually gave up on me when I was a baby because I cry all the time, and my twin brother also cries whenever I cry." I stopped for a second to sit near the window

"My parents and others frequently make comparisons between me and my siblings. I asked Master Lewis the day I saw him whether he could accept me as a pupil, but he refused. I refused to give up." she smiled bitterly

"I questioned Master several times, and one day he told me that if I wanted to be his student, I need to leave my house and family to travel with him because he enjoys traveling.
