Steve's POV
I had only technically met Alex like yesterday, but sometime before that moment on the beach we'd had some kind of history, so after seeing her wounded and unconscious one moment, then seeing her perfectly healthy the next shocked me. I blinked and shook my head,
"Fine," I told her "I'm fine."
"Are you sure Steve? You were thrashing around everywhere." She said,
"Nightmare."
"Must have been pretty bad dream then,"
"It was."
"What happened?"
I opened my mouth to go over the story but at that moment Ryan entered the room. His emerald green eyes scanning the room,
"We need to go." He said,
"Where?" I asked,
"To the Oasis of Notch." Said Ryan, "Before he visits it." I knew he meant Herobrine when he said he
"why?" Asked Alex,
"Notch is keeping his command block down there, it is said that with the right coding it can bend existence to your will!" He said running a hand up the side of his brown hair making it spike. "We cant let Herobrine get his hands on it or he might be able to flip the entire world around so the nether is above and the overworld is below!" I immediately jumped out of bed grabbed an iron helmet and chestplate, and picked up a sword, We left the HTL base and into the desert biome.

Veronica was tracing her finger along a path marked on the map. we had entered a grassland now and traveling into a fresh forest.
"How much longer is it, Veronica?" Asked Lyra.
"Not long," Said Veronica, She had been saying that the whole trip. We had entered a clearing now, I sat down next to Alex on a fallen tree and ate a loaf of bread. Ryan was looking around the clearing collecting water when his head snapped up suddenly. Alex was munching on an apple,
"Guys..." Said Ryan walking over to our log and examining the base where the roots would have been. "They're here..." He said and at that moment about ten arrows flew from the trees to my left, we ducked to avoid them.
We were surrounded by Herobrine's men.
